    "joint"
    "real time"
    "between the services"
    "stove pipes"
    "cloud-based structure"

    Congressional Research Service provides a funny analogy.

    It is somewhat scary reading "situational awareness" and "riders in the same car". Perhaps it's outright scary.

    Re: "prosecuting the right target, .. in seconds";

    It is acceptable to laugh.
