    When COVID-19 makes it a mess, plan to deal with a mess.

    It's not just the unprepared "dial 9-1-1" people who could have headaches, they could be vectors of the coronavirus - and those evacuating with pets - we have horses here also - more headaches.

    Don't alert the mosquitoes.
