This is a condition that commonly occurs during sports or heavy workouts especially in got conditions. As one sweats, if or she replenishes the water lost but not the salt lost through sweat resulting in an imbalance. This results in muscle sprains, lethargy and other conditions that hamper activity. Are you aware of this?

First I heard of this. Is this a recent research? Who does it affect the most - hard core professional athletes or just the normal runner? What I am aware of is the fact that you need to drink lots of water when exercising.
