    I guess I don’t understand the law as this was clearly false news that they chose to perpetuate for their agenda at this young mans expense.

    I hope the kid's lawyers have deep pockets. They are going to run into the harsh reality that the Washington Post has a lot more money to defend this suit than a high school kid from Kentucky has to prosecute it, and pursue it.

    I am surprised that a worthless POS from the Peanut Farmer's administration would still be around. The guy stepped down from the bench 18 years ago. Why would they give him this case? Anybody else smell a rat? The fix is in.
