Keith, I will miss your posts. You brought so much knowledge to this site and a unique perspective which I respected greatly. Sorry to see you go!

 

Dang that sucks most likely most of what he post is good info that doesn't get any interaction I have thought about doing the same thing my self.

 

Personally, I my only area of contention with him is climate change. Aside from that, he posts some great stuff.

Wow, so when long times members that are staff and moderators leave, what does that say for the future of this site?

 

Please STOP reading my mind. I have the same question. Some of us have noticed that the owner/administrator chooses to not be active in his forum. Leaving the management to the two long time moderators.

Question is can one moderator be reasonably expected to manage this forum.........??? And if it gets hacked, it requires massive man hours to set it right again.

I find it very strange that we have two Survival Forums that many of us "LOVE" both, yet strangely both have owner/administrators that decline to actively manage and monitor their investment.

 

With sadness I read this regarding Keith leaving the forum.

My sadness is major.

I am thinking if this is the beginning of the end of MSF.COM.

 

Just curious, but does any Mod or anyone else here had ever talk with the owner of this forum be that in person or at least by phone? There is always the possibility that the owner may not be a singular person but rather a corporate entity or something similar.

 

There are really only about 10-15 truly active members here.

 

Keith: I wish you well, and I am very sorry to see you go. I always enjoyed your posts even when we may have been on opposite sides of an issue. You have a wealth of knowledge, and I very much appreciate you sharing it.
