lip balm fire kit

Here ya go simple but very effective

 

I wouldn't doubt that most cosmetics are flammable. People even use vaseline and cotton balls for tender. This does seem pretty effective and lip balm is easy to store. This is a pretty good tip.

 

Thank you I was told this one off a friend so I thought I'd test it out been using this ever since makes life easier its just didn't expect lip balm to be flammable

 

I find it amazing how you can make a fire by using about anything. There are plenty of household chemicals are flammable, it would be a shame if someone froze to death or could not cook their food. That would be pure ignorance on their part.

 

I never even thought about this! I have been reading Mental Floss and they said that Doritos are some good materials to use for kindling a fire. Has anyone tried that method yet? I would think it would work well because of all of the chemicals that they put on those chips! Thanks for the cool and informative video!
