    Good morning all,

    Per titles...

    Note organization "ResCon International".

    I believe the "federal levees" failed because the local area emergency prep folks asked for funding to rehab - and Louisiana's Congressional delegation decided against this appropriation request.

    Blame it on the Basa nova, the square dance, the political dynamics, ... ... but not the levees !
