rising seas means new and better Plumsel Lines on the boats.
intense rain: larger ponchos so the rain drips into boots instead of bottom of fatigues (presuming anyone wore the poncho [ the poncho liner is for den displayed items])
hurricanes: larger wheeled ice chests for beer supplies.
