Link has some letters to the editor of an Idaho newspaper re subject.

ALERT: Our pandemic is national but specific aspects have much different attributes and consequences. For here, I'd urge max prudence standing around a store waiting for it to open with a sing reading "No Mask No Service". In some specific areas, this can be a dangerous environment.

The lead picture of a Harlem, NYC grocery store displays the contradictions. The shopper has her own grocery bag. Yet, only recently, California suspended this practice and now again allows use of plastic bags. It is known to the state of California that one's personal shopping bag could contain viruses. Don't know about the customers' jackets.
