    Recommend stop speaking engagements AND stop policy discussions. No wonder you're all spaced out. Plus, it is the knowledgeable needed for speaking engagements and policy discussions.

    First question what is "academic emergency medicine"? The next is her being so busy and having a hectic life. Most of it is self imposed so I can"t feel sorry for her trials and tribulation. As posted by Pragmatist, skip all the speaking engagement and self aggrandized crapola.
