    Good afternoon all,

    It's better to be redundant than vice versa.

    A review; SAMHSA is a small HHS agency that started with drug abuse prevention and treatment. They expanded to the larger arena of mental health.

    Recommend surf around their above linked site. At their publications section, note the term "compassion fatigue". This is important for responders. The site also addresses PTSD, inter alia - amongst other things.

    Treat mental health like other categories of health such as diet and immunizations.

    Just got this year's flu shot and jab one of the 2 series shingles shot. I hope to get my second shingles jab prior to the election in case all hades breaks out.
