Yes, I saw that. This begs various questions. Firstly I must say that the chap is perfectly allowed to have his opinions on the world. But, if he is espousing hate speech, in this instance, apparently against Israelis and therefore Jewish people, does that affect his even-handedness at work? Would a Jewish patient get the same careful treatment as a Palestinian? Is it possible to move from one mindset to another and remain fair and unbiased? I agree. I don't really understand the hatred that the Jews attract. Within any faith related hate, as I have said previously, one has to start with the belief in a deity, without that hatred is merely hatred for its own sake.

 

Bad genetics in " Palestine " that was documented as for back as biblical times . Any country letting such things to roam about in their country would be making a big mistake .

Interesting historical point that is associated with Naziism and Palestine. During WW2 the Nazis recruited Palestinians to join the "Muslim SS" (it was spelled Moslem SS back then) and their, emergent leader went on to lead the Palestinians against the Israelis in the war that was fought over Palestine when Israel was created in 1948, culminating in the early foundling of the current Hamas under the banner of the PLO (prior to Yasser Arafat's involvement). The uniform was very similar to that worn by the Waffen SS except that the standard forage cap was replaced by a dark maroon Fez, complete with tassel and death's head badge. The Muslim SS were used to hunt down and murder Jews in parts of Eastern Europe.

There is much talk in the UK of the Palestine protestors raising a "million man march" (note the sexism - "men" not person etc) to coincide with the Remembrance Sunday parade next week.

Aside of the lack of respect (imagine if non Muslim's sought to disrupt Eid or Ramadan) this is of great concern. I learned last night the the football club supporters are saying they will turn out to protect the Remembrance Parade. This has brought back to mind the Battle of Cable Street where Oswald Moseley's "Black Shirts" (an offshoot UK Nazi party) marched through the Jewish areas of London seeking to provoke and harass Jewish people and got a thoroughly good kicking for their trouble. History repeating itself, but that was part of the "run up" to WW2. A dire warning from history should we need one.

 

I agree, I can them the "what have you got" brigade after Marlon Brando's portrayal of "Johnny" in The Wild Ones. When his character was asked what they were protesting about his reply was "What you got?" It would serve the protestors well to learnt he history of both the Jews and the Arabs and then they might be able to glimpse the bigger picture from afar.

 

Interesting short documentary giving a good view of the background to the current troubles in Palestine and Israel. It is fair and balanced and offers criticism to the western powers where it is deserved.

 

There will be a million terrorists on the street of London next weekend. You cannot control a crowd of that size. I give the UK maybe fifteen years before sharia law is in place, all women will have to wear veils, Christian religion outlawed, gays murdered.

I have learned to note with certain women.....that they see ...on a certain level...very different from what I see and think....like a radar working on a totally different frequency than that I use in my radar...senses.

This is good and more acute than mine in certain arenas.....and hence I naturally tend to defer to a woman in certain areas..

In other arenas...definitely not.....such as that starter I changed out today in my truck.
I just hate to pay someone else to do something I can do and have the tools to get such done by my own labors and risk taking.

In such arenas I usually defer to other men or males...or of late...U Tube....as well as certain manuals I have on my vehicles.

Most women I have met have no interests in this arena...

But at no time to I expect a woman to walk three steps behind me....

That is....unless I sense certain dangers.....ahead...I will take the lead..and risks.


But in other arenas...I note that women are wiser and see more clearly in certain arenas than do I ...again..I defer to them. It is my way.....

I see London doing another burn-down. And, then another. Over and over ... or maybe one big BOOM ... as in thermonuclear.

Maybe a dirty bomb event(s) could happen that would make London and maybe other metro areas panic and flee the cities.

Mass casualty weapons are a pain to acquire, so maybe the cities, not just in England, but throughout Western urban areas may get hit with biological weaponry. Covid was not particularly deadly. A true bio-weapon will be like the 1917 flue or worse, much worse. Such weaponry will result in panic and chaos. Steal a crop-duster airplane or helicopter and spray a city. The prop-wash off a helo's blades spreads / aerosolizes the water/bio terror mix. A sports arena with over 50k people could be sprayed. All of those folks couldn't be quarantined. Terrorists and their PhD. Biologist consultants have already come up with dozens of scenarios / attack plans. As I've said before, taking a single culture of some death virus and multiplying it thousands of times is easy for any biology grad. There are plenty of these folk in with Hamas and Hezbollah. The funding will come from states like Iran and North Korea.

If hordes of terrorists or infected/panicked urbanites invade, fill the air with lead. One has no choice. Those infected and contagious are going to die anyway ... and in a horrific way. Put'em out of their misery. Grim times 1,000 ! Sickens me.

Here in the States, the NAZI party and the KKK are not banned; however, everybody keeps an eye on them, both government agencies and civilian groups. They threaten to kill people. "Do away with" means "kill" to me and most everybody else. We all know what "do away with Israel" means.
The chant, "From the river to the sea," means the destruction of Israel and its people.

On top of that, these nut-cases are talking about getting rid of civilians, not fighting army vs. army.

In Europe, such groups are banned -- maybe in the U.K. also. I've read of people going to jail in Germany for promoting neo-NAZI activities. Of course, the Germans are going to be a bit sensitive about that crap.

Therefore, how is being pro-Hamas any different?! If anything, it's worse in that Hamas just showed its hand by slaughtering Israeli citizens.

On the positive side, Leftists around the planet have also "shown their hand" / "come out of the closet". This is a wake-up call to sane people that these Leftists / communists are not only here, but are also here in dangerous numbers. Per chance, the slumbering masses will be awakened to the clear and present danger of there being no shortage of radicals living in their countries and coming in illegally by the boatload, literally so. People seeing their co-workers and neighbors marching against Israel should be alarmed. These folk aren't exactly normal, for heaven's sake.

Too, those who go hysterical about the "genocide of the Palestinian people" are also anti-conservative -- as a matter of fact, say anything deemed non-Woke and these Woke people will go off on you -- verbally and quite possibly physically. On University campuses, students have gotten beaten to the ground for espousing conservative beliefs. Being a member of the Christian religion can get a student in trouble not just with other students, but also with their professors.

Preppers know and have known for years/decades that the tensions within society would one day come out in the open and go violent. But what the masses need to understand is that any sort of triggering event will make this current tense situation go full-tilt SHTF. People still have their heads buried in the sand concerning the violence thingy. "Wow, that's a stretch of the imagination!" No it isn't! It's already happening small scale, so why would anyone doubt this fire spreading widely, even wildly? A brush fire is nearing your home; are you not going to attempt to put that out or are you just going to sit on your butt and hope it doesn't consume your home?! You'd better prepare.

Turkey is a formal U.S. ally under the auspices of NATO and houses American troops belonging to the US Air Force 39th Air Wing Command at Incirlik. While formally allied with America, the government of Islamist Turkish strongman Recep Tayyip Erdogan regularly threatens the alliance with open support for terrorist organizations such as Hamas and NATO-flouting agreements with key adversary Russia. Erdogan has presided over a period of rising anti-American sentiment in Turkey. Anti-Americans of both Islamist and secularist varieties often denounce the presence of American troops at Incirlik and occasionally attempt to attack the base.

“Hamas is not a terrorist organization, it is a group of mujahideen defending their lands,” Erdogan proclaimed at a meeting of his Islamist Justice and Development Party (AKP) on October 25, objecting to Israeli operations to defend its territory against Hamas.

I would feel better about the situation if the placards were saying "free the hostages" rather than "free Palestine".

The calls for a ceasefire are also rather misleading. There was a ceasefire, Hamas broke it with it's appalling terror attack.
