Nature Experience Reduces Stress, Anxiety

    Per title above - at least in theory some nature experience does.

    OK for 10 minutes of wind on face - not 10 hours. Some of us know the difference even prior to hour number 2.

    There are some city governments around the world not needing Dr Daily's help.

    Yes, the clouds can distract from hopelessness but the soft fascination is temporary.

    Most certainly think of nature when cooking. I think about the bugs in the walls waiting for their "all clear" signal to do their kitchen recon.

    I live in a forest and trees are all over; some next to house.

    My normal existence has always been and continues to be survival mode. That's why I'm still here.
