As Interest rates have plummeted over the years and never really risen back to their original levels there is talk on some levels of the future and negative interest rates and the cashless society.

Now one may think that a negative interest rate would mean a great deal on your home loan however in all truth the talk of a negative interests rate of course will only benefit the bankers who are already too big to fail, have been for a long time and were never broken up as they should have been and instead were conglomerated into larger and larger banks as the gobbled up the smaller ones who failed around 2008.

The idea behind negative interest rates is that every check that is run through a bank or any deposit made would be forced to pay a fee to the bank for handling the money. As more and more companies demand direct deposit it seems to reason that this is all the plan to take control of everyone's finances thereby controlling everyone via control of their funds.

As the country talks of healthcare for all and medicaid for all and the concerns of control of the masses by controlling their right to life and such, once negative interest rates and a cashless society is implemented everyone will lose more and more of their hard earned money as the banks raise rates and charges to even handle your funds that you earn. At some point they can easily turn off all funding for anyone who they may deem an enemy or criminal.

It is a bad deal, a very bad deal. What happens at the end of the monetary illusion road. When there is little or no remaining road down which to kick the can. It has a much greater impact on younger then on old people. It is actually fairly good for me.

The next step after the cashless society is implemented is to get as many countries as possible to use the same monetary system . One more step toward global control .

There is a difference in lawful tender and legal tender. And the difference is significant.

There is also a significant difference in the terms and substance of ...Lawful Money and legal tender.

12 United States Code Annotated ....Section 152.

Phony fiat currency is a cashless society....they just desire to take it to the next step..to where they can track everything and anything people buy...hence electronic money.

This is because over time ...it has been determined that people are actually competitors in the marketplace...not citizens.

And the common denominator for controlling/herding people is money...currency...whatever is being used as a medium of exchange.

The Advance attempts to go to a cashless society is to get people accustomed to using some kind of store "Rewards" card when making ones purchases. Thus ones purchases are tied to a name and address, bank account...etc etc etc.
Total traceability of what one buys.

This is the primary purpose of Rewards cards...or your Sams or BJ's card...not saving us money..but data collection...worth much much more to someone than your savings.

When the stores ask me ...such as bass pro shops... if I have a rewards card...I ask them if this means I cannot buy this stuff???

Don't worry ...at some time in the future...this is exactly what is going to happen when they go to the next step in "Herding."
You have to possess the card or mark in order to buy from that store. No cash allowed.

They are going to void out the various Coinage Acts... going back to April 2, 1792....under an emergency of course.

Ishmaelites doing what they do best....Herd People.

Something happened recently that really freaked me out and the above is just verifying why I was freaked out.

I was going to order something from Wal-Mart online. I can't even tell you how long it's been since I've ordered online from there, but I was single at the time, and have been married since then. So, new name, new email address when checking out. Somehow, even with my name change, new email address, they tracked my bank account and had these suggested items that are recently purchased. These items were recently purchased from my husband with his own debit card. I know, duh, they tracked it with my banking and our history of what we've purchased from the same bank account. EVERYTHING we've been using attached to that banking account is being tracked, way back for years.

Why? Why do they have to know what we buy? It just felt so damn intrusive. Not like I'm buying anything unusual, just toilet paper and deodorant. But why do they have to keep track of that? Where's our autonomy? It's like I don't want to buy anything anymore that's not in cash. Yet we are being forced more and more to have everything attached to a freaking bank. I wouldn't even know how to begin getting un-attached to the banking industry, but want to figure it out now.

    Kranky......

A bureaucracy is built on a foundation of paperwork...the higher the paperwork stack..the more secure the foundation.

The purpose of such an bureaucracy is to "Herd " the citizenry. Today this means socially herding...meaning political herding.

To efficiently do this ...they have to know more and more details of your business....your children...you property and habits as well...

Your bank accounts are a trail of your habits...your families habits too.

This is why such an bureaucracy does not like cash...or if you prefer..coin of the realm. It is difficult to trail...to follow cash....

Therefore it is more difficult to herd people who deal in cash...more difficult to follow trends...

To socially and politically herd people......they need to know what people are doing and by this what people are thinking...believing...in order to steer them...in the direction socially and politically desired.

It is no one's business what you are buying...but you.

When you cannot be trusted with your monies, your children, and private business or even gun ownership.......why would a people ever think they will be trusted with a vote????

Are they not trying to bring in millions of Illegals..put them on welfare....for which we have to pay via our taxes and then also put them on the voting rolls??
Because Americans can no longer be trusted with their vote...trusted to vote and or be controlled in a predictable manner....herded.
This was the Deep State lesson from the 2016 election. Americans cannot be trusted with their vote.

Think it through.....again and again and again....

This is one of the reasons the banks are set up to flag people who withdraw more than so many thousands of dollars of their own monies...in cash...
They want to know what you are doing with it.

Yet this phony government under the Obama Administration can fly plane loads of paper monies to Iran....into the billions of dollars to a country which does not like us. Do you see a problem and huge contradiction here?? I do!!
You cannot be trusted with your own money ..but government can!!!

    Flatulance...total Flatulance.

This is what Ishmaelites do....Ishmaelite= bondage...herding..controlling.

Deutsche Bank is one of the principal banks propping up the European economy. The banks of Greece, Spain, and Spain are insolvent, therefore other banks must find way to keep such important banks from closing their doors.

    https://www.cnbc.com/2019/07/07/deu...-business-and-scale-back-investment-bank.html

And then there is the pretend money phenomenon.

Europe can't let England exit. Europe needs to drain every bucket of "money" ... even if it is just pretend money.

The European banks/countries have been for a long long time supporting social programs which amount to their version of Cloward-Piven give aways....economic freebees on the public purse.

This is a massive welfare socialist program designed to bankrupt nations ..in particular by forcing massive immigration and putting these immigrants on the public purse/breast....at taxpayer expense.

In short...banks working with governments to increase the money supply to support more socialist give aways on the backs of the taxpayer. This causes eventual inflation and collapse of the economy ....failure of the banking systems.

Remember something in particular about Germany....Western Germany is not only supporting huge blocks of immigrants but supporting the former East Germany to rebuild as well. A huge drain on their economy...and economic systems.

And now it is coming back t o bite them...on the backside.

    Now.................

I bring this up because this is precisely the destructive path being taken by the left here in America. Massive immigration of people to be put on the public breast/purse and thus break our economy...in order for the left to get predictable, controllable, guaranteed voters..voting for deep state socialism......since the American public clearly demonstrated in 2016 that they cannot be counted on to predictably vote leftist.

America must be punished for their disobedience and Cloward-Piven is how the left/socialist/deep state intends to punish this country...economic collapse...as is coming in Europe.
Then America will be ripe for UN take over of our form of government ....and people.

There is more......but this will suffice for now.

If you track a lot of the crud these days you begin to see things that make you question where paranoia starts and reality stops. If you look hard you will find that all of this refugee migration stuff with is just mostly simply importing terrorism so the liberals can take over. Then look at the global warming thing that is basically destroying America so they are as poor as the rest of us and have no rights and the liberals can take over. The money thing is an old trick. If you give the cash away to people that do NOTHING to earn it, in the end, that makes the efforts of the workers worthless. This will crash an economy and allow a coup to move in and take over. Hitler came into power on the skirts of a scam like this.

Another example. If the government in Greece prints and hands out Uros like breath mints to all their people. Those people can then go into other countries where people actually work and buy whatever they want. Since their Euros don't represent any effort they spend freely. This causes inflation and the poor idiots that actually work actually end up poorer than those that just hold out their hand.

Liberal Americans are already doing this and it is only supportable here by the MASSIVE imbalance in the interest rates that working people pay versus what they get if they save it in a bank. Give me 3% and then charge me 23% is how you finance the giveaway. Understand, cash actually has NO intrinsic value. Banks and the government are the only places where the money is real and to them it means nothing. A dollar bill is basically an IOU that you have accepted from a person that has nothing of value that you can hold in trust as collateral.

The only person that is responsible for making that IOU good is the issuer. They want them back so they can destroy them erasing that debt. The banks and the Government are play money distributors. they work for hand in had to balance things out but the Liberals would love to see double-digit inflation again so they are print and giveaway money managers.

If you will look back you will see that high returns on cash investments go hand in hand with high inflation rates.

France can't win a war and the Germans would rule Europe if the US would butt out. France has decided that if they can't win a war maybe they can help those that can, destroy the US, and then at least be the big dog's buddy. The EU has exported its liberal trap to Great Brittian. They have tried to ship it to the US but can't get us to go for it so that want to crash our economy. Nearly all the global warming and importing of terrorists is liberal efforts to take over. The truth is that the Islamic terrorists are little more than an easily stepped on bug as soon as they have served their purpose.

Europe is lost. Great Brittian is almost lost and if Germany wants to take over there will be no real resistance if they can cripple the US AND Great Brittian. China has the same problem with Japan. If America loses stride China will own them. There is a situation that works like scissors developing. China is putting money into the US while Europe is trying to pull it out. China wants Japan and I think in the end the Germans will take Europe again. Liberals are basically a suicide cult and in the end, someone will give them what they want.

Here the bank is flailing in the water and the European economy is supposedly in "happy times". Uhhhhhh...makes one wonder how things will be going when times aren't so "sweet"!

Listen, having Greece and Spain in default is way not good, however neither are among the big boys. Italy's banks are on MAJOR life support from uhhhh let me think ... yep, German banks to include Deutschebank. Heard of them? Italy is no small economy, I could go on. Italy heading down the tubes plus no significant percentage of their populace wants to hear the word "austerity". Now Deutschebank admitting that it is in gales off Cape Horn, gosh boys and girls, that's big news. So in the media, what do we read?! Yep, "Don't worry be happy!"

I'm here to tell you, I DON'T GET IT!!!!!!

Were I in such a condition, my creditors would have me in court next week. The state's prosecutor would be looking at bringing charges of fraud against me. I'd get thrown under the county jail! The courts would be auctioning my house and properties. However, if you are too big to fail, suddenly it's time for the greasy politicians to get out the old straw hat and cane.

    Good afternoon all,

For those not familiar with the Marxist "Cloward-Piven strategy" that our Watcherchris referenced, ...

Columbia University sociology professors Andrew Cloward and Francis Piven gleaned as much they could from the writings of Marxist Saul Alinsky and his ACORN.

Omitting much, Cloward-Piven overloads public sector welfare programs with poor people being used to fatigue, and later collapse, the programs. The political implications are obvious.

    ...

Ref the thread's theme, there's just too much vast technical material needed to explain what's going on. That's why in-person orgs are needed. I used to belong to some but the knowledgeable are oldest / most experienced and the way of all flesh is not to Cabela's or the Dutch Caribbean. If not institutionalized, we are just Moira , blowing in the wind.

One basic point I'll mention that's easy enough for the typing requirement of the web; continental Europe, as we know it, is finished economically. A major indicator to reflect on is why does the EU allow the individual member nations to have their own central banks.

The US is in semi-decent economic shape but cannot discuss until 2 Novembers from now.

All central banks are tied to a global central bank..and have been for years and years...

They may have certain latitude in their own nation but at the top level and business...they follow a central directive when told to so do.

This is why beyond a certain point....governments do not challenge these banks....at the top levels...for they are dependent on their money "Creating " ability ....credit..borrowing on the public credit..taxes...as collateral.
This is an incestuous relationship between governments and the central banks and the central central bank governing all of them.

These banks at the top levels wind up running governments and many of the top families behind the governments.

For example ..in China years ago...the Soong family was Rothschild bank...and control....so too Chang Kai Shek.

    Bank of Nanking....Rothschild bank.

Bank of England....Rothschild bank...who do you think was running the Opium business for so many many years in China??? The Opium War to allow.....facilitate the opium trade... not to stop it.

And this continues unto this day.

Creating money unlimited by unlimited credit...is the goal....as well as controlling how it is spent.

Taxes are the collateral a government uses/mis uses to create money unlimited...on the public debt.

Collateral for these loans is the taxpayer.

This is why so many leaders educated in public schools on Keynesian Economics do not like Hard Money...gold and silver....and will fight it tooth and nail.

This is also why Kaddafi of Libya needed to go...he had amassed enough gold to begin coining money in gold....and planning to put it in circulation.....gold coinage.
This would have put the phony fiat money banks and nation manages in a bind.....with their phony fiat money rigged economics and politics. Kaddafi had to go.
Kaddafi was also in the process of teaching other African nations how to break out of the central bank controls.
    Again...not allowed.

When you hear of Trump and Company going after the Fed....he is going after a much much bigger prey than the Fed....Globally....
The Fed is a branch bank of this global operation.

So if gold goes to $87,000 per ounce then does that mean that anyone holding physical gold will make a killing or will a loaf of bread cost $5000?

    Silver coins will do better.

Silver has been undervalued for an eternity. Individual silver coins will not draw the attention that any gold coin will draw. Gold is for large purchases among people who know/trust each other. Notice that I did NOT say "kin" or "family". Your real family consists of those who have had your 6'o'clock during hard times.

$87.000 gold is not the price of gold...it is the value or more accurately the loss in value of your paper phony fiat dollars....no one wants to openly state this...to keep the con job running.

These people are doing one hell of a mind trick on people who have never thought it through...sufficient to realize what is going on with what we are using as money...currency.

When the monetary system becomes digital, the government will own you. You will become their slave. They won't even need chains, overseers, or enforcers, just a simple push of a button (computer key) and all your asset are frozen or even erased. China is already doing that to it citizens and banning individuals from travel that speak poorly about the state or fail to toe the line.

    Good morning Watcherchris,

The nicest statement I can make about your above post of 08:55 AM is that it is 100% wrong.

COMECON's central banks never participated in the petrodollar trade.

Libya's gold and it's value was determined by ICE London.

The US was in competition with London re wealth transfers - see Regulation T of the Federal Reserve System. This changed after the oil embargoes with the "Special Relationship".

Forget visions of a world government. Great Power confrontations will continue less lamb stream media reports saying otherwise.

The world has changed since the end of WWII. Mexico has more millionaires than Switzerland. Singapore has more foreign exchange reserves than India. Israel is the 8th most powerful nation in the world. I gave you a copy of the flu vaccine program involving China. It inherently explains all there is about what's really going on.

As an aside, BIS Basil is controlled by the US.

The world has changed since the end of WWII.

Cashless society? Yep, it arrived, Canada, Sweden and the UK are the top three cashless countries in the world and to me its a logical step forward.

I rarely use cash day to day. I used cash last night to pay for a taxi to the pub but that was all I used cash for last week. Contactless cards/phone payments are now the norm here. Go to a store and look at the people paying for their goods and you just don't see cash coming out of their wallet, they tap a card for payments up to £30 ($35) or pop their card in and tap in a PIN number. I've got my own building firm and have not written a cheque in ages, all my suppliers get paid by money transfer using a computer. The last cheque I received was a very nice one from the taxman (a rebate) which paid for a two week holiday in Spain, massive flat screen TV and a very nice i7 computer...cash is dead.

Are 'they' tracking us? The government don't track me as an individual, there is no nerd following me online so I don't give a shit if my shopping trends/habbits are trawled. I use my shop loyalty card, they know who I am, what I buy and award me shopping points to use online and they send me discount vouchers usually for things 'they' know I buy...great :)

Hoarding gold and silver? What would be the most valuable after it hits the fan, a bag of gold or a sack of rice? You can't eat gold.

Does your bank still let you have a cheque book? I have a business cheque book but its never used these days. Some banks no longer automatically replace customer cheque books they need to be ordered well in advance so make sure your covered there. I live in the South Wales valleys, on the outskirts of a small village and even the one small village shop we have take contactless payments. I talked to the owner about this a couple of years ago and he said its what people wanted, they did not like using cash anymore. All my bills are paid by direct debit. I keep £100 in my wallet and £250 stashed in the car for emergencies but have never needed to use them. Even local pubs are taking card payments these days.

    Good morning Duke in Wales,

Sidebar; I owe you a reply from another thread; forgot topic; asking mea something from moderators from placing my reply here. Both India and China extensively use coal, the polluting variety. Without this use there would be warfare. Both these 1+ billion populations must be kept occupied and complacent for socio-political stability. Coal is cheap, relatively speaking, and healthier fuels, like non-polluting nuclear energy for electricity, are too expensive for India and China's masses.

    ......

Cannot comment in re the UK; I surely can about the US. In the US, based on certain criteria, individuals are indeed cyber-tracked. One trigger mechanism is cyber purchase of airline tickets to certain destinations......or historical entrepot connection airports (eg Vienna is a gateway to eastern Europe) such as Teheran, Cairo, Mexico City (used for next flight to Havana). The on-line ticket purchaser gets tracked. Pharma purchasers on line are another trigger mechanism. There are several others.

Just about all cyber activity is starting to get cross-referenced. I live in an area where it is well beyond the initial stages. Had learned only days ago that face-recognition software is also a cross reference feature. Hong Kong is currently a testing ground for perfecting this.

The American's automobile license plate number and VIN - Vehicle Identification Number - has a data base with substantially more than the owner's address, lien information on vehicle, etc. Soon enough, add the car-owner's health care records into this data base. A big push here in the States is for organ (now includes blood platelets etc [Planned Parenthood can explain]) donations automatically approved if death in vehicle crash. Of course the medical costs for organ donation is for the account of the "donor". The database will, if not already, include insurance arrangements and related such as personal assets.

I am writing about the scene in the States well away from you. The redeeming good news is George Orwell is from your side of the pond and already explained the details and why.

Meanwhile, back at the crash scene, ...

Sorry, I'm having a senior moment and still don't get the coal/war correlation.

We've been tracked for a long time, started here with https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domesday_Book in the UK
Things are quicker now with computers but the amount of personal data held by various 'authorities' in the UK is staggering.

Yes we have the VIN number system in the UK usually on the drivers side and it must be visible from outside the vehicle.

Organ donation? Really anyone who does not have some wackey religious reason for NOT donating is a flucking idiot. New law here means you have to opt OUT of the system, unless you say you do not want to be a caring human being and help others its taken as said your a donor although the medics may take into account loved ones feelings on the matter. Thankfully we have the best health service in the world and it free to all of us.

I really don't give a toss about being tracked; it makes no discernible impact upon me as an individual.

my cheque books come automatically long before I use the last one in my current cheque book.
I live in North Devon on the outskirts of a small market town, there is one cashpoint in the local shop, it has self service tills but hardly anyone uses them, most still use cash. we get the bank vans arriving once a week.
I don't like direct debit and pay all bills by cheque.

I think that you have missed the whole point of the entire post. I'm starting to understand why. Could it be that most of these topics are way over your head?

Are you preparing? If so what do you feel is the need to prepare for? I'm curious what you think is coming.

By no means over my head LOL I own a construction business but started out as a an Honours Graduate and spent time serving the Queen :), so I'm not slow on the uptake; a lot of money in construction.

Not sharing another persons views does not make them 'slow' it just means they look at issues or perceived issues from a different angle to you. Variety is the spice of life after all. Life would be very tiresome if we all agreed on things.

Yes I prepare. I/we (a group) prep for DOS from society for whatever reasons socio-economic/natural disaster mainly.

How about you, are you a prepper and if so what are you preparing for, please tell and I'll try and keep up with the wisdom you utter.

I am prepared for numerous possible scenarios, financial collapse, pandemic, nuclear and/or biological events, natural disasters, emp, power outages, civil unrest, fire, even a loss of toilet paper. LOL.

I was curious about you because you seem to be on board with the whole socialist take over and control of the world as well as not concerned about many of the financial aspects and possibilities such as someone cutting off your funds at some point via electronic takeover of your finances. Even the loss of medical care doesn't seem to concern you. You have stated that you do not believe holding any precious metals is of any importance and it just seems that you are all in for having the government control every aspect of your life and are fine with that and trust them to always do the right thing and/or take care of you in a shtf setting. Now I do not know this is what you think or believe but I will say that your recent posts seem to imply as such.

Now maybe that is the way of thinking by those in the UK... (I didn't think it was with everyone.) But a large portion of the educated Americans in general do not trust the government that much if at all. ( There are many here who do believe that government is the answer to all though) I have heard from some here on this forum that those who live in the cities in the UK have no idea where their food comes from and wouldn't think to go out into the countryside to look for food if a collapse happened. ( I personally do not think that is the case) It was not the case in Greece.

I live pretty much debt free after working very hard to become so and I moved from the city over 4 years ago onto self sustainable land far far away from the general reach of any major metropolis in an area were most everyone gardens and I am surrounded by livestock of all sorts and have numerous plans and backup plans for many different scenarios including backing up onto high ground on well prepared land with many other like minded people in defense if need be. I can hunt and fish and I continue to prepare for numerous possibilities and consider all avenues of survival. I can and do produce enough food to keep my family alive if need be. I also keep a close eye on what is happening in the news and politics in the hopes of getting some advance warning if something went awry.

    Good morning Duke in Wales,

Populations must be employed in some fashion, fed, protected, educated, provided with basic health care, etc. This requires machinery, heating, transport, etc. What form of energy can be used other than cheap forms of coal for populations of over 1 billion people each - India and China ?

VINs and license plates must be visible from the outside and soon also positioned for drone surveillance.

In all fairness to accuracy, the US is loaded with idiots. Here, the words" religious" and "religion" are really euphemisms for "political" , "politics" and related. Caring left the American scene with the introduction of socialism here. Caring gas been replaced by pleasure-seeking.

There are many Brits in this area because a little south of me is the largest military base complex in the world - all services, many Federal agencies - many NGOs, ... The Brits married members of the US military (Where is Brize Norton, believe a former RAF base suburbia London ?). Some of the young British women I meet at my vet org meetings are from Midlands, Radnorshire, Brecon, ... they prefer the screwed-up US health care programs rather than the UK's program. Was told the Br. care was OK but getting an appointment for it requires a chart of the eras of the Earth's formation.

Just out of curiosity ... don't want to intrude on your privacy ... what type work / military occupation skill did you do in Br Army ? Any overseas deployments. Again, just curious.

The National Health Service is at number 1 as a health care provider and the USA comes in at number 11. The days of walking in to your GPs (general practiioner) are over but you do get seen. We only hear the 'horror' stories of the NHS, 'grannie left on trolley for 20 hours' etc but in reality tens of thousands of people get very good treatment every single day, no need to worry about paying for emergency treatment and continuing after care so I'll stick with the NHS over private. While we are still in the EU I get free treatment throughout member countries, if this stops because we leave Europe then I'll take out cover for my time spent there.

I joined the army after uni, infantry and was lucky enough to travel a lot more than many troops did, Germany, Cyprus, Canada, New Zealand and Norway. Happy days.

I'm not a Socialist per say but am a liberal if that makes sense. The American Constitution when written was nothing short of a socialist document with input from brits like Thomas Payne, have you read his work called 'Common Sense'
    https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/147

I'm am concerned with health care and am a great believer in universal health care for all. In England there is a small fixed charge for prescribed medication however in Scotland and Wales all medication if free for all, no need to drive to Mexico or Canada for affordable Insulin.

I moved from the city to the outskirts of a small village about ten years ago, I live in an old stone farmhouse (parts are older than the USA) and have a couple of acres of land/woodland. I'm not off grid but have solar backup, my own water supply, woodburners and a couple of poly tunnels growing veg. No, I don't hoard gold or silver, I prefer to stock up on things I can actually use and not just look at. I have a second home overseas.

I'm not worried about the government, they do their thing and broadly speaking leave people alone to do their thing, suits me.

Being debt free should be the ambition of all people, I have no loans, my business runs off my money in the bank(s), its a good feeling to hit that stage in your life.

    Good afternoon Duke in Wales,

    Appreciate background info.

Am guessing you were at one or both of the Sovereign Base Areas in Cyprus. The Americans use 'em also, especially the one with the RAF hospital.

    ......

Can't comment on the Brits' health care other than mentioning stuff I hear from users.

The US Constitution was a compromise document, now in abeyance. The compromise required or the 13 former colonies would not have affiliated. Thomas Payne is known here. More important is the later General Slim and Orde Wingate. Wingate is at Arlington National Cemetery. Used to attend the annual memorial service.

Explain please, being a liberal is not an illness you can catch. Saying it 'ended any point of a discussion' is daft mate, what you are actually saying is 'I won't discuss things because you won't agree with me'

Don't have such a closed mind, share views, be open. Don't think of your (or my) views as some sort of dogma that is written in stone.

Lot of American Airforce use the RAF base at Akrotiri, its a busy strip of concrete.

Wingate was an interesting character, a staunch Zionist and very unorthodox in many ways (liked to be nude in camp). War encourages individuals like Wingate and David Stirling to come to full bloom. If you get the chance pick up a copy of The Jungle is Neutral by Freddie Chapman, its a remarkable read (as are the other books he wrote) https://www.amazon.com/Jungle-Neutr...le+is+neutral&qid=1564992428&s=gateway&sr=8-1
