i had to go into town for a couple of things.everything went great, untill i got home, and parked the car.then i got out.thats when i dropped the phone on the concrete garage floor.cracks all through the screen..so i logged into their web site.and tried things that way,on getting a replacement phone.no go,on account that drop is considered as misuse.now i call their 1-877 number.got things dealt with.and i'll be getting a new replacement phone in 7 to 10 days..bottom line is.dont drop your phone..LOL

mine stays in the pouch until I need it, which isn't very often as its only used in emergencies and there aren't many of those these days.

I've had a lot of luck with the LifeProof cases. I haven't managed to drown my phone yet and it's survived several scuffles with ruffians who decided they wanted to go to jail by way of the emergency room rather than just a direct flight to the slammer.

What cell phone carrier are you using?

I still have a flip phone.
I once dropped it in water.
4 feet of water. I dropped me too.
I fell out of my fishing boat.
    I was o.k.
    The cell phone died.:(

I have my Iphone 4s in a outter box since I got my phone 1 year ago. Keeping my fingers cross I never drop it.
It keeps my phone well protected. I never crack the screen so far.

My son, 17, has his in a case also.

    Good idea.

    His mom works at G.M.
They make great money and get discounts on many items besides cars.

We are divorced now. She met another G.M. guy and I got booted.

    Bawwwwwwwww-hawwwwwwwwww.

Hey! That isn't very funny now is it?

She's a good mom and that's all I care about.

I think it's absolutely natural not to replace your phone if you get drope it, of course, unless you have insurance for your phone. In any warranty certificate it is specified that mechanical shocks, fluid contact or inappropriate use are not subject to warranty. I recommend that when purchasing an expensive phone you also choose insurance, even if it will cost you a few extra dollars per month because it can save you from headaches in the event of an accident.
