News Update To Non Americans

Hi!

If you didn't know it we're a bit ahead of you guys over here in Sweden (meaning we have much more problems).

Since there's so much sh*t flying around here is really difficult to keep updated with the situation in the states.

Im interested for several reasons. One being I think the only place I'd feel acceptable to live in except the Nordic countries is the US. So if everything goes completely sideways here I might come over (sideways meaning my family is dead which starts to look more and more like a possible scenario). I still have lots of fight in me so it won't happen yet for quite some time though.

The other is that I'm rooting for you guys and hope you don't repeat our mistakes...

Please write a summary as if I'm five years old (I'm not up to speed on your current events) and keep this thread updated with important info on what's going on in the US as it happens.
I also think it would be a good reference to history.
