Those Preppers who have some group arrangements on some dirt with a lot of property such as a work shop, rolling stock containers for provisions, commo equipment, etc should read above linked article and contemplate various scenarios.

Remember FEMA's "realistic, worst case scenarios".

Note mention "... could persuade some insurers to exclude coverage ... by riots".
