This device, once approved by authorities, is something most appropriate for some Preppers.

The head needs max protection and whether dangling on a rope over a cliff or descending one's roof after inspection of gale force wind damage ... "Too much head protection is never enough" as the modified saying goes.

Several agencies involved in reviewing this "Q collar".

The mentioned VA study of veterans with no concussions compared to those with multiple concussions and suicide thoughts ...... just bewildering. This VA collective insight is marvalous.
