    Article has a glaring highlight about some in quarantine who violated the isolation requirement.

    My guess is that this matter will be rectified and introduced well beyond Hong Kong.

    Note article's "while doctors has refused to treat some of them".

    LOL ! Dr Sara, chief of public safety was unaware of quarantine violations ! The public is being prepared for enforcement measures.

    I wouldn't be surprised if a Martha Steward ankle bracelet was interfaced with a stun belt on honor-system quarantined patients. "Trust but verify."
