Note the sections on "Health Privacy" and "Discrimination Claims". Can an employee who is over the 60 y.o. - or whatever CDC age was announced as "vulnerable" to virus, return to work in legal safety ?

Much must be reviewed and resolved. The good news, as I see it, it that this Administration does the needed work.
