    Good evening all,

    Per ...

Is anyone familiar with the "screen" to filter out UV rays ?

My opthalmologist - eye doc - recommended I avoid fluorescent lighting......but not a mood issue; it's not healthy for my situation.

Ref the article's mentioned "weight blankets"; I took a desert survival course and was taught not to "fight" sandstorms covering up the resting body for fear of being buried alive. It takes years for a camel caucus to get covered over. The instructor said the weight of the sand is therapeutic to sore muscles...and relaxing.
