San Francisco's Emergency Operation Center is relocated to this large building so as to practice social distancing.

Article has a slide show and narrative.

Slide 7 of 12 shows neither Deena nor Doug wearing gloves although transacting some business.

Slide 10 of 12 with 3 on roof meeting shows it's not necessary to write down any notes. Perhaps they have recorders or perhaps the meeting wasn't involving important matters to convey to others.

In the narrative, admittedly I had believed the California Governator had told POTUS Trump that the homeless can be housed immediately with the Federal money provided. Therefore, wondering why Director of the SFO Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing, still lists "homelessness" in the Department's name. Could homelessness be renewed in SFO ?

Personally speaking, I wouldn't wipe down any microphone without wearing gloves.
