    in Venezuela although the power grid still functions, sort of!, 97% of people are not food secure, that means they do not know where there next meal is coming from.
    I think the same situation and the same percentage of the general public would be in the same boat when SHTF happens in any normal western society.
    make sure you arent one of them!!!
