    Banana also radioactive :eek: Anyway when I need any banana, papaya, mango, bilimbi, rose apple, jackfruit, and . . . (let me what else around here) all I need to do is pick them up :D

    Good morning Varuna,

    Until 1963 - Atmospheric Test Ban Treaty - it wasn't only bananas considered radioactive. All the foods - and milk - was hyped up as being dangerous.

    Dehydrated banana peels can be used to extract lead and copper from drinking water. Secondary use for a food waste product.

    I never knew you can do that with dehydrated banana. How many dehydrated banana needed for 1 liter of water? :confused:
