    Emergency evacuations is part of the US overseas business community. It's a requirement to purchase certain business insurance policies. I spent much time to arrange "guaranteed" programs in place.

    Of course the US business community is small. US students overseas, US tourists and those visiting relatives typically do not have the resources - skills and funds - to GOOD and return home.
