To protect against wild fires, routine large floods, hurricanes: relocate.

I like the article's Congressional Distr ... er ...... Disaster Declaration map.

True, Jim, typical government work is non-work. Hurricane threats require government work. Is Miami-Dade in Hurricane Alley ?

 

Call me a skeptic, but this sounds like politicians posturing for a new way, or a new excuse to steal more money. Once they have stolen this new revenue there will not be one iota of change or improvement.
