From the individual's perspective, this appears slow in the needed efforts. From the national level perspective, it is RAPID and ACCELERATED.

We are getting ready.

 

It is well past time. The shit is coming. We need to be prepared.

 

I don't know enough about this to be dangerous, but it looks like he (Trump) is removing some of the red tape, to get funds where they are needed, and hopefully, will do the most good. Pragmatist, is this a fair assessment?
