    The term "spontaneous volunteer" does have some negative matters associated with it. America's emergency restructuring is growing along with the rough matters.

    Just about all of these small emergency groups need funds for supplies. The money is "out there" but it ...... think American Red Cross, some others .......

    Note what the Louisiana problems are. Flooding means disinfectant supplies, Wellingtons, ... Debris means work gloves.

    If one can scrounge one or 2 traffic cones, excellent ID for wire that's down.
