    a new study has just come out and the one "food" that can cause 90% of all cancers is:
    PALM OIL!!! now there's a surprise (not), I could have told the scientists that many years ago.
    time to read all those food labels folks.
    if you want to use fats in your cooking, stick to animal fats, like butter.
