    Not mentioned in article but heard on shortwave radio, a hospital lost all its electric power.

    Dependith not on UPS - Uninterrupted Power Supply - because, obviously, it was interrupted. This happened last year at an emergency shelter in Hampton Roads. Their UPS did not function. Blame it on the Bosa Nova because the labor force is sacrosanct and not subject to blame.
