Because of the common sense work'a'day world in which I was raised, how national matters have gone carnival crazy takes me aback.

Once upon a time in America were some individual to stand in some outdoor public venue, point to sky and say, "The sky is orange!" Most folk would consider him insane. Indeed, one or more individuals would inform a beat cop / regular police officer (yes, police once walked the streets and knew the people) that a mentally ill individual was out and about. The officer would have spoken with the individual and action would have be taken -- family informed and/or local psychiatric facilities contacted.

It would now appear in this "enlightened" age, that mentally unstable people are to have some attention paid to them as if there was something of value to be learned from them. Certainly in universities, commie clowns passing as fonts of wisdom are taken seriously, are paid, even gain tenure. Worse yet, their students take them seriously.

Absentee parents allow their grammar school and high school children to be taught by many marginal teachers without oversight. Very few parents go to PTA meetings and fewer yet take teachers to task when that teacher is unqualified or is teaching politics instead of core curriculum skills. There are stupid teachers out there and they need to be fired. Parents themselves (when they can be located) are not interacting with their kids so as to ensure that common sense is passed on to future generations.

Too, where is discipline?! Thing about these human thingies is that they must first have discipline instilled in them from their exterior world, so that as they grow, they can internalize discipline and thus lead ordered, i.e. civilized, lives. The human species is only what it is. There are no saintly hard-wired instincts / behavior-sets born into we humans. Children are selfish and prone to violence. If you've been a parent, you are well acquainted with the primal human, a.k.a. "child". To be better than an animal with a decent mind, we must be disciplined and educated. This is no complex observation.

When this process breaks down, then you get what you see in today's "society".

I think most people would agree that chaos is not a good thing.

Good Education is in fact discipline.....,and so too good spiritual discipline....both of which I find very very lacking in many today in lieu of very emotional instant gratification ....and often even entitlement with someone else taking the Risks ouf of life for others and thinking this is normal...it is not.

To me ....too much instant gratification makes one entitlement minded......not a risk taker....risk taking is for someone else. Instant gratification types too often tend not to appreciate what they have......that is...until it is gone...no longer obtainable without great risk taking.

I do not approve of people...and I know a great number....in their 30s 40s and 50s who think like 16 year oldes....but are great consumers...defining themselves by what they consume and their thoughts and feelings are about what they consume...including and especially .....movies and television.

In my world of woke/discipline today....I checked the air in my truck and car tires......also the oil and coolant.....windshield washer fluids......you know....your vehicles vital fluids so to speak.

It was time and I found several of the Truck tires to be low on air...and filled them from my upright air compressor.
Added Oil as needed as well.


That upright air compressor with it's big storage tank was a great investment along with enough length of hose to reach the ends of my property.

A far cry from my olde smaller compressor.

Once you get compressed air.....in your garage...you become spoiled...even woke in it's own way...

I also used this compressor this weekend to blow down my deck in the back of my house and replace the olde worn out rug which was on that deck with a new one from Lowes. A new deck rug changes the look of the entire deck. Was able to get out most of the junk which had accumulated over the years between the deck boards....it makes a big difference.

Years ago I have made a hand blower valve with about a foot and a half of quarter inch copper tubing coming out one side of said valve....as a blow down tool...it comes in very very handy for specific up close up blow down tasks such as this deck cleanup. For large areas I use my gasoline blower.

Both vehicles are topped off with gas and also the containers for gas for my scooters.

Weather looks good for most of this week. Thinking it is scooter time and save on gasoline...

Planning ahead accordingly ...

Also this weekend....my lady friend....her friend...I fixed her lawnmower....it would not run....but it would try to start. In disassembly I discovered one of the spring linkages has come out of it's hole wherein it was supposed to be anchored at the governor linkage. I managed to get it properly restrung...anchored...and then reassembled the mower parts and it ran fine...
Added fresh gasoline and my lady friend...returned the mower to her friend living the next street over..

And now you know the rest of the story......

I have been musing on this passage by you and until now refraining from comment while getting together my thoughts.

I was thinking/musing about this passage in regard to what has clearly become of leadership in this country. How "Fallen" leadership has become...while demanding our attention and or obedience to their "Fallen Religion." Instability....clearly in almost everything and getting worse.
It is also very clear that this fallen leadership is in bed with universities...as well as Hollywood and the news media.

The serious lesson I get from this pattern is how incestuous is this "Fallen Religion."
And with this..the knowledge that this religion ...pattern is not new...it is very very ancient.
And someone ..or some group is trying to bring back this ancient pattern..this ancient religion ....behavior....and bring/herd all of us under it's fallen umbrella.

But that is just me.....and how I think.

I am not generally an emotional person.

Over the years ....of experience I have learned that emotions often get in the way of accomplishing difficult and demanding tasks.

I do not like being surrounded by emotional drama queens...male or female when doing certain demanding, difficult work/labors ...which are often under difficult conditions/environments.

This requires mental and spiritual calmness and or discipline..both.

It does not require emotional two legged wildlife...

And that is how I have lived most of my adult life.


I also realized, late in life, ....that my father was preparing me for the real world as a male...and not for Disneyland.


One thing a thinking male out here learns...is that you will often be working alone....accomplishing tasks alone...no one is coming to help you ...to rescue you ....to flashdance you through your difficulties at their expense.

And if you live in the real world....you make plans accordingly.

Having worked the graveyard shift for so many years....you also learn instinctively to plan and work alone....very minimal support...and you have to plan....gather materials...assemble them into a working idea...project...conclusion....

Very often beginning to end.....little to no help...assistance. There are very few people around to give support on the graveyard shifts as compared to day shifts.


The women and children in our lives do not want to know how we did it....just that it got done ...and they no longer need to concern themselves with such difficulty or inconvenience.

That is what happens when you are a man in this world..



Mind you...now........this does not make you better than others...not at all..

What this makes you is different....not one size fits all.

Disneyland..

I have been asked to go to Disneyland....same as asked to go to Cancun, Mexico ....to be a tourist....and such ...

I have no interest in it.


I should probably explain here..

I live in the real world....not an artificial Disneyland....


I also live close to Bush Gardens and or Kings Dominion ...up above Richmond. I have no interest in going to those tourist places.

I have no interest in going on those rides as well. I have been hoisted up on a skiff...by these cranes in this shipyard....with only a safety belt and or life vest.....to do work high up on the sides of these ships.

Once in awhile you get a crane operator who wants to see if you can take it...if you have the right stuff..

So you see.......Bush Gardens, Kings Dominion, and or Disneyland rides are an anti climax.....

When I take a ride high up by cranes...at least I am on the clock...and not shelling out overprices at these Amusement parks. But that is just me...

Nonetheless...thus I have no interest in artificial Amusement....as I consider myself to have had the real thing.


Mind you now....none of this makes me better than others.......only different.


Oh...and I have been to Hawaii....my Dad is Hawaiian and I've spent a good bit of time there with family .


Most of what Americans get to see is these Disneyland type artificial places..pre packaged....even in Hawaii.

For I know that this is not the real Hawaii...but artificial. The Average Hawaiian does not live like in those places...they mostly work there. Same thing with Cancun, Mexico...hence I am not interested in that as well.


Hence for a long long time now ...these artificial places have not interested me at all.

A woman I used to date wanted me to take her to Dollywood....same thing ....to me artificial ...over priced....for tourists.....not for me.

"Duke Report Tying 'Individualism' To 'White Supremacy' Uncovered Amidst Increasing Scrutiny Of DEI"

Scrutiny of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in higher education has been increasing for months, with more opponents finding what they see as radical or harmful aspects of the ideology.

The latest example is a recently uncovered Duke University School of Medicine DEI plan that states that concepts such as “individualism” and “timeliness” can be a part of what the school describes as “white supremacy culture.”


“White supremacy culture is the idea (ideology) that white people and the ideas, thoughts, beliefs, and actions of white people are superior to People of Color and their ideas, thoughts, beliefs, and actions,” the Duke report explains, before providing specific instances of what can supposedly contribute to so-called “white supremacy culture.”

“In the workplace, white supremacy culture explicitly and implicitly privileges whiteness and discriminates against non-Western and non-white professionalism standards related to dress code, speech, work style, and timeliness,” the report continues. “Some identifiable characteristics of this culture includes [sic] perfectionism, belief that there’s only one right way, power hoarding, individualism, sense of urgency and defensiveness.”

“Duke Medical’s DEI plan says ‘timeliness’ is white supremacist,” Steve McGuire, Paul & Karen Levy Fellow in Campus Freedom at the American Council of Trustees and Alumni, posted to X on Tuesday. “The same plan identifies a lack of timely responses to discrimination complaints as a top concern among constituents.”

The medical school’s report also contains a section about Critical Race Theory.

“Critical Race Theory (CRT) is a theoretical framework and movement that examines how the appearance of race and racism is expressed across the dominant culture,” the paper states. “CRT scholars note that the social construction of race and racism is a regular component of American society; it is embedded in structures such as law, culture, and economics, which supports the interests of white people.”

Thinking people do not define everything in this world by Race.....

Racists do exactly that....define everything by race.

It is similar with thinking people who do not define everything by sex, sexuality, and sexual orientation...it is the same thing....

Both of these indexes are of the fallen and will collapse the system by making some work twice as hard..to support the other fallen part of the system.

What you have here is unthinking , overly emotional people trying to herd the rest of us by race and or sex, sexuality, sexual orientation........all of these are transients..and not what keeps a productive system going....


I do not have any respect for people who only have race and racism on their minds ....same with sex and or sexuality......little respect for such juvenile thinking and or juvenile religion.
