"This definitive finding from the medical examiner not only rids us of the Fire Extinguisher lie but also the second theory to which these media outlets resorted once they had to face the reality that they spent weeks spreading an outright lie (needless to say, they provided no real accountability or even acknowledgement for the fact that they did spread that Fire Extinguisher tale, instead just seamlessly moving to their next evidence-free claim). They changed their story to claim that pro-Trump protesters still murdered Sicknick, not with a fire extinguisher but with bear spray, which video shows at least one protester using in his vicinity.

What can we do? When we hear others speak and hear people who have the same beliefs as we do, we need to find-out the names of those people. The Borg government is continually monitoring us, after all. Could straight-thinking people be useful allies in future, maybe; certainly not 100%, that's for sure, but nevertheless, true allies are gold. If a person has no security on his 6-o'clock, then he is at dire risk. Humanz iz humanz. Think militarily. Is your perimeter manned by sheeple or by people with a spine?! No perimeter = certain death.

Me, I am mightily heartened by all of the people who are beginning to stand-up to the control-freaks in society. At least in my own country, I believe now that significant millions of people will negate false-flag efforts of the deep state. Is Breitbart News biased? Sure enough. So what's the difference? Breitbart comes out and says that they are conservative. You'll read the Left saying that they are unbiased. To people who've raised kids this sounds a whole lot like, "No! I didn't get into the cookie jar!"



Are conservative news sites reactionary? Often they are. Why? Because it is on them to undo the propaganda, un-spin the spins. I like conservative commentaries. At least they have a sense of humor. The Left has little or no sense of humor. Indeed, these folk are often neurotic to the max or are overtly suffering from depression.

With today's media, you gotta double-check stories. I find that the best thing to do when reading about an event is to go to the local news where the event happened. Oftentimes, they will report what was seen and heard by the locals. Sometimes you'll get a video or photographs that are not shown in the national news or has been actively suppressed by the national news.

Me, I just want the details when reading about an event. It infuriates me to read the following, "This is what you need to know." Just tell me what happened, then I will do the analysis. I read or watch news reporters and witness a person who is intellectually inferior to the task of making true sense of that which has happened.

If I want opinions, I'll read the commentaries.

The US State Department’s spokesperson Ned Price is being replaced by a man named Matthew Miller. Like Price, Miller has had extensive prior involvement in both the US government and the mass media; Price is a former CIA officer and Obama administration National Security Council staffer who for years worked as an NBC News analyst, while Miller has previously had roles in both the Obama and Biden administrations and spent years as an analyst for MSNBC.

Like every high-level government spokesperson, Miller’s job will be to spin the nefarious things the US empire does in a positive light and deflect inconvenient questions with weasel-worded non-answers. Which also happens to be essentially the same job as the propagandists in the mainstream media.

In journalism school you are taught that there’s supposed to be a sharp line between government and the press; journalists are meant to hold the government to account, and there’s an obvious conflict of interest there if they’re also friends with government officials or are looking to the government as a potential future employer. But at the highest levels of the world’s most powerful government and the world’s most influential media platforms the line between media and state is effectively nonexistent; people flow seamlessly between roles in the media and roles in the government depending on who’s in office.

We see this indistinctness between government and media with White House press secretaries even more clearly. The current press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is a former analyst for NBC News and MSNBC, and the last press secretary Jen Psaki now has her own show on MSNBC. Prior to her stint as White House press secretary Psaki worked as a CNN analyst, and before that she was a spokesperson for the State Department like Price and Miller.

Without any clear lines between the media and the state, US media are not meaningfully different from the state media the west spends so much energy decrying in “tyrannical regimes” like Russia and China. The only difference is that in Tyrannical Regimes the government controls the media, while in Free Democracies the government is the media.

All this while state propaganda outlet NPR continues its ongoing tantrum about Twitter accurately labeling its account “Government Funded”, an upgrade from its also-accurate previous designation as “US state-affiliated media”. NPR has now officially rage-quit Twitter in objection to the label on the basis that “the platform is taking actions that undermine our credibility by falsely implying that we are not editorially independent,” which is hilarious because NPR has no credibility to undermine.

As we discussed recently, NPR receives funding from the US government, consistently promotes the information interests of the US government, and is run by the former CEO of the US government’s foreign propaganda network US Agency for Global Media. It doesn’t even deserve the label “Government Funded”; it should have the exact same labels as Russian and Chinese state media, because it is not meaningfully different from them.

It seems a safe bet that the US would be a completely different country if separation of media and state and separation of corporation and state were enshrined like the separation of church and state is.

The only reason Americans consent to the freakish status quo of their government which impoverishes and oppresses people at home while bombing and starving people abroad is because their consent has been manufactured by a media class that is not meaningfully separate from the government. Place the press in their proper place as oppositional scrutinizers of government behavior, and the dynamics underlying the nation’s problems would no longer be hidden from the public.

These journalists were accomplices in crimes against humanity; their actions were contrary to professional ethics.

Overnight the Government Press Office issued an urgent letter to the bureau chiefs of the media organizations that employed these photographers and sought clarifications on the matter.

The National Public Diplomacy Directorate demands that immediate action be taken.

Israel’s Government Press Office (GPO), which regulates press access in Israel, also issued a statement demanding explanations:

GPO Director Nitzan Chen demands explanations from the bureau chiefs of AP, Reuters, CNN and The New York Times regarding the disturbing findings in the Honest Reporting report on the involvement of their photographers in the events of October 7th, which crosses every red line, professional and moral.

Four photographers who work for these networks documented the horrors perpetrated by the Hamas terrorists after they broke through border fence with Israel. They filmed the murder of civilians, the abuse of bodies and the abduction of men and women.

The announcement came after the LA Times Guild walked off the job last Friday to protest the imminent layoffs, the institution’s first ever newsroom union work stoppage.

Matt Pearce, president of the Media Guild of the West, which encompasses the Times’ union, called Tuesday a “dark day.” He said at least 94 union members would be let go.

Layoffs and buyouts have hit a wide swath of the news industry over the past year. The Washington Post, NPR, CNN and Vox Media are among the many companies hit.

An estimated 2,681 news industry jobs were lost through the end of November, according to the employment firm of Challenger, Gray and Christmas. That was more than the full years of 2022 and 2021.

After some hero leaked the news that these crucial facts were removed from a Times podcast called The Daily, the far-left outlet launched a witch hunt to root out the leaker or leakers.

No one dipped into the process “in the middle.” The podcast exposing how Hamas sexually degraded Israeli women was scheduled to air in January. The leak didn’t go public until the end of February. This liar, Joe Kahn, wants to gaslight us into believing an ongoing story was interfered with and that someone leaked this information to manipulate the coverage. That’s simply not true. For obvious reasons, the pro-Hamas Times removed certain facts from a podcast. Period. That wasn’t the “middle” of the “process” that was The End Of The Process. The only people who deserve to be punished are the Times’ editors who hid the facts from that podcast.

The fact-checking website Snopes changed one of its ratings after pressure from President Joe Biden’s administration, newly disclosed emails show.

Snopes on Jan. 10, 2023, said that there was some truth to a claim that President Biden’s administration was planning to ban gas stoves.

Under a heading of “what’s true,” Snopes said that “The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), a federal agency, is currently considering a ban on gas stoves if they can’t be made safer, due to concerns over harmful indoor pollutants that cause health and respiratory problems.”

Pamela Rucker Springs, a spokeswoman for the CPSC, hours after the rating was published contacted Snopes writer Nur Ibrahim, the newly disclosed emails show.

She said she it was “not accurate to say that CPSC is ‘considering a ban on gas stoves’ and that Mr. Trumka’s views ”do not represent official statements on behalf of the commission.”

“We would appreciate a correction to this story,” Ms. Springs said.

Mr. Ibrahim responded the following day saying Snopes would “correct the article.”

Snopes then changed the fact-check rating from “mixture” to “false.”

The CPSC “is not currently considering a ban on gas stoves, though a commissioner said ‘anything is on the table’ if they can’t be made safer,” the updated article states.

Ms. Springs sent a link to the updated page to White House official Michael Kikukawa, the newly disclosed documents show. “Sent over tough letter to this writer yesterday when the initial claim was rated as ’mixed,'” she wrote.

“Nice!! So helpful going forward,” Mr. Kikukawa responded.

Mr. Kikuwaka told Ms. Springs in another email that the White House would be circulating a statement “making clear POTUS does not support banning gas stoves” and sharing social media posts from the commission and Mr. Trumka. “Will also be pushing people your way,” he wrote.
