    And how does US mid-Atlantic area look like? :confused: Philippines logistic & material readiness is rather on the medium-low end of the spectrum in the region compare to Indonesia, Malaysia, or Singapore (not sure about Thailand though)

    Good afternoon Varuna,

    Ref the looks of a mid-Atlantic area public emergency shelter:

    I do not know how to say these words and phrases in Indonesian:
    - filth
    - filthy
    - food wrappers all over
    - kids not quiet and behaved
    - adults not quiet and behaved

    From a disease perspective, it is worse than a waiting room at a Veterans' Medical Center.
