If ever there was a region where one should get turbo-serious about prepping, the Pacific Northwest is that place.

I don't know if I could list all of the threats! You got your:
> Cascadia mega-quake-producing fault line which could induce a Seattle-destroying tsunami.
> When the U.S. economy tanks, the Leftist urban areas of the N.West will go total chaos FAR beyond what is currently being witnessed in today's Portland.
> They have a few volcanoes ready to blowup -- not too many people can boast about having multiple mountains where the Earth could just decide to blow them away or smother them with ash.
> When things go sideways in the Pacific N.West, they will be cut off from any aid from the rest of America (pretending that aid may be available to anybody post-SHTF) .
