"143 Democrats Voted Against Bill Barring Non-Americans Voting In DC Elections"

    https://www.zerohedge.com/political...ill-barring-non-americans-voting-dc-elections

"The GOP-led House passed a bill with bipartisan support on Thursday to prevent noncitizens from voting in local Washington, DC, elections. This is a further push for election integrity by Republicans at a time when radicals in the Biden administration have facilitated the greatest illegal alien invasion this nation has ever seen. The latest government data shows ten million migrants have invaded the country through the open southern border. Predictably, the majority of Democrats opposed the bill.

"The bill bars noncitizens from voting in "an election for public office in the District of Columbia or in any ballot initiative or referendum in the District of Columbia." Federal law already prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal-level elections."

    =================================

Whether it be state or federal, Democrat lawmakers oppose voter identification and open borders.

"Poll: Sixty-nine percent of black voters and 75% overall support voter ID laws"

    https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/...-voters-and-75-overall-support-voter-id-laws/

"New polling shows that a large majority supports voter ID laws that require individuals to show a photo identification before voting, including almost 70% of black voters.

"The poll, released on Wednesday by Rasmussen Reports, found that 75% believe photo identification should be presented before voting and that 69% of black voters support voter ID laws.

"Broken down by party, 60% of Democrats support showing an ID to vote compared to 89% of Republicans. "

Nevada is but one state of several where Democrats have opposed voter ID laws.

"Democrat-linked attorneys sue to stop voter ID ballot measure"

    https://thenevadaindependent.com/ar...attorneys-sue-to-stop-voter-id-ballot-measure

    Begin quote

A member of an immigrant advocacy group represented by well-known Democratic attorneys is suing to stop a question aimed at requiring Nevadans to provide photo identification before voting from appearing on next year’s general election ballot.

The suit was filed by a group of Nevada and Washington, D.C.-based attorneys, who are well known for representing Democratic Party causes, on behalf of Jennifer Fleischmann, the development director for Make the Road Nevada, an immigrant advocacy group.

Nevada does not require voters to provide any type of identification before voting, but voters are required to provide a signature that must match the state’s files.

A Nevada Independent poll earlier this year found a majority of Nevada voters strongly supported voter ID laws, which have been a key aspect of Republicans’ electoral reform efforts. A bill pushed by Republican Gov. Joe Lombardo this year to enact voter ID laws stalled in the Democratic-controlled Legislature.

In an interview Thursday, Gibbs said the group had addressed the legal issues raised last year, and he derided Democrats for their opposition to voter ID laws.

“Why are the Democrats so afraid of voter ID?” Gibbs said in an interview. “You’ve got to show an ID to do a lot of different things nowadays, and yet when it comes to the fundamental right of our democracy and our republic, which is voting, they’re insistent that nobody should have to prove who they are.”

Bradley Schrager, one of the lawyers who brought the lawsuit, declined to comment. The secretary of state’s office, which oversees ballot petitions and was named as a defendant in the suit, also declined to comment.

Actor lashes out at Trump and anyone who might vote for him. When first elected to office, most folk who voted for Trump were actually voting against Hillary and democratic socialism in general. Many who will vote pro-Trump in Nov. 2024 will in fact be voting against inflation, government overstep, and open borders which allow millions of illegal aliens into the U.S. "Trump supporters" are mainly Libertarians and people who wish to not be violated by big government ... i.e. ordinary working-class folk. They'd dump Trump in a New York minute if Trump were not to keep his promises. In his first term, Trump kept his promises, so he'll get those people to vote for him again. As far as the Left is concerned, should you be a person who supports the Constitution, then you are automatically demonized as a xenophobic, racist, NAZI who must be disarmed and defeated.

Update (1345ET): Legal minds are beside themselves at how the judge in the Trump 'hush money' case has instructed jurors to rule - first in what constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley called "the coup de grace instruction," Judge Juan Merchan said that there is no need to agree on what occurred - and can disagree on what the crime was among the charges.

"Merchan just delivered the coup de grace instruction," Turley wrote on X. "He said that there is no need to agree on what occurred. They can disagree on what the crime was among the three choices. Thus, this means that they could split 4-4-4 and he will still treat them as unanimous..."

Trump is charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records in connection with an alleged scheme to shelve potentially embarrassing claims during the 2016 US election - similar to how the Clintons paid Paula Jones $850,000 to drop a sexual harassment lawsuit after more than four years of legal action.

    Two separate nations

Two separate sets of "news" reporting standards

Back in the 90s, the mainstream press did their best to kept the following scandal under wraps.

"Clinton denies aide took hush money"

    https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/clinton-denies-aide-took-hush-money-1264892.html

Unrelenting as the Furies of Greek legend, the Whitewater affair has struck again at the White House, this time with allegations that top Presidential aides helped arrange "hush money" payments to a disgraced friend of the Clintons from their Arkansas days, to dissuade him from co-operating with Whitewater investigators.

The furore erupted on Tuesday evening when the White House disclosed that Mr Clinton's first chief of staff, Thomas "Mac" McLarty, and Erskine Bowles, who currently holds the job, helped find work for Webster Hubbell in 1994 after Mr Hubbell resigned as Associate Attorney General.

Within a few months of his departure, Mr Hubbell had been charged and convicted of swindling $480,000 (pounds 300,000) from the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he had been a partner alongside Hillary Clinton, and was familiar with her work on behalf of Madison Guaranty, the failed savings bank at the heart of the Whitewater controversy.

But in his hour of supreme need - jobless, with a family to support, and staring at the prospect of a 16-month jail sentence for fraud - financial help miraculously emerged, in the shape of a clutch of business and legal consultancies worth more than $400,000 a year. Most of these were put together at the urging of close aides of the Clintons. Among these latter, it now emerges, were Mr McLarty and Mr Bowles.

Thus the central question emerges: were the payments to encourage Mr Hubbell, then under intense pressure from Whitewater prosecutors to co- operate in return for a lighter sentence, to keep his mouth shut? If so, as the Wall Street Journal pointed out yesterday, "a cover-up scandal not seen since Watergate" might be about to unravel.

At this stage, of course, the parallel is still fanciful, and the White House insists that Mr Clinton's associates were merely trying to help an old friend through his troubles. All three were pillars of the close- knit local establishment of the 1980s: Mr Clinton as Governor, Mr McLarty as head of the state energy company, Arkla, and Mr Hubbell as a former Mayor of Little Rock. People were "understandably concerned about Mr Hubbell's well-being," a White House spokesman said.

But, in Washington's ultra-partisan climate, such explanations are unlikely to suffice. At the very least, the latest revelations will generate more demands for testimony from the Republican-controlled Congressional committees that torment the Clinton White House.

Far more serious, they could become the "missing link" that allows Mr Starr to bring the scandal over 1996 Democratic campaign fundraising under the already broad umbrella of his Whitewater investigation. Among the providential benefactors of Mr Hubbell, with a $100,000 retainer, was the same Lippo group of Indonesia which made massive, allegedly improper, contributions to the Democratic party last year.

    Another cover-up:

    "Obama's Unprecedented Betrayals"

"Obama’s unprecedented betrayals have reached a dangerous turning point in foreign policy. The following article is based on reports that the State Dep't denied."

    https://www.israelnationalnews.com/news/341322

    Begin quote

Russian military intelligence (GRU) from the Kremlin said recently that US Secretary Hillary Clinton was injured, and US Navy Seal Commander Job W. Price was killed when their C-12 Huron transport aircraft crash landed in the Iranian city of Ahvaz near the Iraqi border.

The State Department vehemently denies the story.

Strangely enough, Iranian intelligence agents confirm that a US aircraft is still in their possession in Ahvaz, but will only admit that the plane was forced to land because of technical problems.

The startling report cited that Clinton and her US Navy Seal escorts deviated from their assigned flight path heading, instead, directly towards Iran’s Ahwaz International Airport where, oddly enough, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was awaiting her arrival.

After emergency aid was given, Russian agents stationed in Iran confirm that another US military flight was dispatched from Bahrain to Ahwaz which evacuated all of those killed and wounded in the crash including Clinton.

Iranian emergency and security personnel responded and attended to the victims, including Clinton who was reportedly unconscious and “bleeding profusely.”

After emergency aid was given, Russian agents stationed in Iran confirm that another US military flight was dispatched from Bahrain to Ahwaz which evacuated all of those killed and wounded in the crash including Clinton.

Although highly speculative, the implications are much bigger than what the US government wanted us to believe.

Trump has been the battling frontrunner in the polls with current Democrat President Joe Biden - but being found guilty on all 34 counts in his New York trial represents a huge risk to his hopes.

Even worse is the prospect of a jail sentence - and many say Rikers Island is a possible destination.

"Just moments following former President Donald Trump’s guilty verdict on 34 counts in his hush money case in New York, WinRed, the Republican fundraising platform, crashed due to an influx of supporters flocking to the site to donate to the presumptive Republican nominee.

“ 'From just minutes after the verdict, the digital fundraising system has been hit with record numbers of supporters. The traffic is so large that it is causing intermittent delays,' Brian Hughes, a Trump Campaign spokesperson, said in a statement.

The flood of support from Trump backers matched what law professor Richard Epstein expected to see: The outcome of the case is further entrenching voters in their pre-existing political camps—not spurring them to change sides. Epstein, who teaches at New York University School of Law, compared the situation to the stock market.

“Let’s say that X is going to happen,” he said. “And then it turns out that X is a momentous event and it happens. What does it do to the stock price? The answer is very little. Because there is no new information that comes from that particular situation. It confirms your prior situation.”

As of today, Epstein said, voters have very little new information. The bigger reveal will come on July 11, Trump’s sentencing date.

Will the former president receive jail time or just probation? Will he be allowed out on bail while the case is being appealed? How long will it take? Could Trump be in the White House before the case is finalized?

Prosecutors argued Trump crossed that line by not only lying about the nature of the payments, but also by doing so to further his own campaign, making it an illegal donation to help him win the White House.

“Most people who actually know about criminal procedure are absolutely aghast at how this case was charged,” Epstein said. “If anybody thinks this jury verdict is beyond reproach, I think that virtually every criminal law expert would say that it’s at risk. I regard this thing as a farce from the start.”

Republicans from across the country condemned the verdict as a blatant attempt to stop Trump from regaining the White House.

“Today is a shameful day in American history,” U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., said in a statement. “This was a purely political exercise, not a legal one.”

Things are going to get very interesting now, come July 11th., If the judge refuses to allow Trump to post bail, pending his appeal, it is going to hit the fan big time. The appeal process could last past the November election. No matter what, Trump is going to win the election. He is getting more free publicity and gaining more support from the undecided. The majority of the American people do not want the USA to turn into a Banana republic. Even Biden has complained about how much free press Trump has been getting and that was before the verdict came in. If the democrats try to rush the appeal process, they will be demonstrating their distain for the legal system and even more voters will move into the Trump camp. The woke folks were going to vote Biden, no matter what. The undecided are now getting a very clear view of just how desperate and evil the democrats are and it is not a pretty picture. More and more minorities will switch to Trump, because they can understand and relate to what a rigged legal system is all about. It is going to get very entertaining.

I cant see Trump doing any jail time and if he does it will only enhance his share of the vote, people can see it for the rigged verdict it is. if Trump wasnt standing for re-election this trial would never have happened, its all politically motivated.
when Hillary and Obama did something similar it was a misdemeanour now its Trump its a full court case, double standards me thinks. of course in America the legal system has been politicised, "Lawfare" I think they call it.

Some passing observations concerning a second civil war in the current disUnited States:

    > The primary reason that farming has gone high-tech is to feed our massive urban areas and to export food to foreign nations. During a civil war, providing food to American urban areas and foreign countries would not be necessary. Red meat, particularly from cattle, would be a low priority, so the beyond-fertile cattle fields in Heartland America would be switched to the growing of vegetables and cheap grains for feeding chickens. Wheat and soy are grown in our Heartlands. The rural areas of the NorthEast may sell food to the cities therein. Wheat and other grains were once grown there, maybe again?

    > Petroleum is refined primarily in Texas and Louisiana. Too, oil is drilled and pumped in those states.

    > Much coal is dug in West Virginia and Kentucky.

    > Transportation lines are easily cut. Asphalt burns. Fires under concrete bridges renders the bridges unsafe to cross with weight. Common construction equipment can be used to dig-up train rails.

    > The soldiers of America's combat military lean heavily Conservative.

    > Armed urbanites and the suburbanites who live adjoining those urban areas are usually only armed with handguns, not rifles and shotguns. Handguns are only a back-up in a survival situation. They are of some value, but ... . In forested areas of the South, hunters sometimes use tree-stands and hunt deer with handguns -- we're only talking about a "here-to-there shot" to put venison in the freezer. The handguns used are usually in .357 and .44 mag. chamberings ... easy to reload the ammo, not as much powder consumed as with deer rifle cartridges. (I give a smiling nod to those who appreciate the mega-efficient .41 magnum revolver round ;)).

    > Urbanites and suburbanites store very little food. They do not have pantries filled with food. Many have never grown a vegetable garden, nor have they ever hunted.

    > Not often spoken-of, but in survival situations, mind-set is a critical factor. If a person has had to struggle in their lifetime, it changes that person's inner self. They do not expect much from the world, because the world hasn't been of much help. They've had to do for themselves or go without. People who have never known want, decompensate when cut-off from outside resources. I've personally watched people panic/freeze when confronted with injured people or a person having a grand mal seizure. In survival situations, you can't do that. One must reflexively jump into action when confronted with dire circumstances. There is zero time to ponder when matters go upside down.

Well, I'm going to go make me something for supper. My brain needs some energy. This old brain is fading and my stomach is beginning to growl at me.

I invite others to share their observations on our country's pending civil war situation, preparedness, or lack of preparedness. I'm certain that I have left out a bunch of points to be made, so you all contribute. I look forward to reading y'all's observations / what you've learned.

There is a world of difference between being a video warrior and being a defending street / rural warrior. There a difference between the mindset of somebody who can and will take action verse the mind set of those waiting to be saved by the government or society. As OG has pointed out, you must be prepared to take action, when the situation calls for action. In my lifetime, I have helped people out of their crashed over turned vehicles, while other stood around with their hands in their pockets or parts of their anatomy. I have been involved in a shooting situation twice. I am not a military vet but I am a military brat. I spent most of my life living on or near military baes and associated with many veterans. There is whole world of difference in attitude of veterans and civilians, night and day. When it really hits the fan, the urbanites , most suburbanites and all the welfare and woke folks are going to go the way of the DoDo bird.

I'm no Trump fan, but I and tens of millions of others will vote for him only because of his policies, pro-Constitution, all that mature-mind-set reasoning. I don't want the US to get into a war with Russia as do biden's puppeteers. I don't want communists appointed to the Supreme Court nor any other judgeships. Leftists seem to like military conflicts so as to prop-up huge centralized government. Me, I find that mentally ill in nature -- sick stuff, that ... and then some. :confused:o_O:mad:

The Left also wants to strip Trump of his Secret Service protection. If some crew takes-out Trump, then this nation stands to go violent in a big way. Maybe the Left wants that, but no sane person does.

"Former US Attorney Says Judge Will Give Trump Jail Time"

Paul Joseph Watson; 31st May 2024

    https://modernity.news/2024/05/31/former-us-attorney-says-judge-will-give-trump-jail-time/

    Begin quote

Former US Attorney for the District of Utah Brett L. Tolman says Judge Merchan will give Donald Trump jail time, asserting, “The rules are out the window.”

While Trump was convicted on 34 counts in a brazen political show trial, even some of his most ardent critics don’t think he’ll actually go to prison.

However, that’s not the view of Tolman, who told Benny Johnson the United States was facing a constitutional crisis “that does change the game.”

“If we realistically look at this case, there never was an acquittal possible,” said Tolman, adding that he thought a hung jury was likely but that outcome was demolished by a judge who was “leaning on the scales of justice” before opening arguments even began.

“This judge has considerable power now, on July 11th he has the power to take Trump forthwith, he can take him, put him in custody right then and he can do it for whatever period of time,” said Tolman, warning that despite there being a range of sentencing, “the rules are out the window, who knows what this judge will do.”

“I predict he will give him some jail time, I think he will fine him, he’ll give him a stern lecture and then he’ll promptly plan his retirement and a book deal,” concluded Tolman.

Trump’s sentencing date is set for July 11th, four days before the Republican Convention.

The Deep State and it's multitude of hangers on.....cannot withstand another four years of Donald Trump...in particular shutting down the Ukraine war Money Pump....and other massive government breast feeding programs.

They are so obvious in their attempts to rig the 2024 election ...and thus a clear indicator that they also rigged the 2020 election for the same reason.......they could not afford another Donald Trump cutting government regulations and bringing back business atmosphere to the USA when so many in the Deep State rigged financial system have invested so heavily overseas..

China is a Deep State investment...creation.....

They are also obviously rigging the judicial system for Deep State Purposes.

aint that the truth!! most people are so reliant on govt systems and govt programs that when it all comes crashing around their ears they wont have a clue what to do, the vast majority have never seen an open fire, dont own a flashlight and do everything on their phones and the internet - which wont work post event because the power is out.

Here in the States, many people have difficulty after large storms / hurricanes pass through. The groceries instantly empty of food and bottled water. Aid agencies and churches end up having to take care of thousands.

Post-SHTF -- fill in the blank as to the nature of the event(s) -- nobody's gonna be there for anybody else. Call 911 and they could get a recorded message ... that is if telecommunication systems are still in place. In all likelihood, all communications will be down save for short wave radio and that may only be there if people have generators.

Emergency services and military will be massively overwhelmed, especially in urban areas.

Most urban-dwellers have never even so much as gone camping. Houses often have no fireplace to light a fire over which to heat up a can of beans. No apartments have places to build fires. Some people have a BBQ grill, maybe even a good gas grill, but how long is that fuel going to last = very little time.

When public water systems become compromised, cities and townships say, "Boil your water." Post-SHTF, just how is it that these people are going to boil their water?!

Me, I've put-back stacks of matches (wooden matches) and other fire-starting products. How many matches do most folk keep at home? People may have a few candles, but they likely don't have kerosene lamps nor any fuel for them even if they had the lamps. Spare candles, spare paraffin to make candles, profoundly few people have these supplies.

Total external dependency -- that is what one witnesses among the vast majority citizens these days.

If society goes sideways, most folk have no defenses against interlopers/looters.

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/us/comm...-chinese-social-credit-debanking-us-politics/

Recently over a dozen Republican attorneys general – the main legal advisors to our state governors – wrote a letter to Brian T. Moynihan, the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Bank of America (BOA) noting that the institution “appears to be conditioning access to its services on customers having the bank’s preferred religious or political views.” In a seven-page memo, the attorneys generals outline BOA’s partnership with the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the US Treasury to “profile conservative and religious Americans as potential domestic terrorists.”

The seeming weaponisation of our banking institutions to target Americans guilty of “wrongthink” is of a piece with the targeted censorship from certain behemoths in Silicon Valley. It was not too long ago that the New York Post, a paper founded by Alexander Hamilton, found its reporting on Hunter Biden “limited” by Facebook and Twitter. In effect, this meant that the story would not gain traction on two of the largest news platforms on earth.

So, conservatives should be worried. It was not too long ago that Lois Lerner, head of the IRS’ Exempt Organisations Unit under President Barack Obama, used her power to specifically target conservative non-profits. This clear government malfeasance was met with outrage, and she was forced to resign. The private sector, especially the large banks, are not so easy to take to task. This is a problem.

We often scoff at the notion that a “social credit” regime could never happen in America or the UK. This form of tyranny, we believe, is surely not the stuff of democratic regimes devoted to liberty. But it is happening here – with increasing success.

"Rep. Maxine Waters says Trump supporters should be investigated: 'Are they preparing a civil war?' "

    https://www.foxnews.com/media/rep-maxine-waters-trump-supporters-investigated-preparing-civil-war

Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., claimed former President Trump was instigating violence in the U.S. and suggested that his supporters were "domestic terrorists" who should be investigated for possibly preparing for a "civil war."

During the media appearance, the congresswoman vowed that she would ask the "criminal justice system" to find out what is "going on with the domestic terrorists," seeming to refer to the presumptive Republican nominee's supporters.

"This is not good for this country," Waters added, "but he does not care about democracy, he does not care about the Constitution of the United States. He's in love with Putin and Russia and Kim Jong-un and North Korea."

"It is not just that [Trump is] a criminal, this is a man who disrespects the Constitution and democracy and we have got to find out what they are doing as domestic terrorists [who] tried to take over the government on Jan. 6," she continued.

"How far is this going to go?" Waters asked. "Are they going to be attacking? Whom are they going to attack? What are we going to do? We're trying to get an investigation going about that."

Waters has also been accused of violent rhetoric, having caused controversy in 2021 after telling protesters to "get more confrontational" if ex-Minneapolis police Derek Chauvin was acquitted in the death of George Floyd. Chauvin was stabbed by an inmate in federal prison and seriously injured in 2023 after he was convicted for Floyd's death, which set off more violent protests across the country.

Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz said Friday that a Manhattan jury "failed" after the conviction of former President Trump on 34 charges of falsifying business records.

Dershowitz labeled the decision the "beginning of a war of weaponization of the criminal justice system." He also heavily scrutinized the 12-person jury, noting many were likely non-Trump voters.

"They were hand-picked by the judge and by the prosecutor to be anti-Trump. These were ‘get Trump’ jurors," he explained.

"These were jurors who voted between 85% and 90% not to allow Trump to be president, and they will do anything to prevent him from being president. And so their vote was the second vote on November against him being president. It wasn't a vote on the facts of the law of the case."

Here's a fascinating commentary I just tripped over. I'm only gonna quote a few of its paragraphs.

    "What Happened to America?"

    https://drhurd.com/2023/09/28/what-happened-to-america-2/

    Begin quote

Most people do not understand: The United States is already in a second civil war.

The party in power using intimidation tactics and threatening to put the major opponent in jail? Yes, that’s banana republic stuff. It’s also the stuff of a country in civil war. Because millions of us are madder than hell. All it takes is one match — and you’ll see a conflagration. I don’t know who or what the trigger will be. But we’re close to one.

The Constitution and Bill of Rights are enforced selectively. Governors of states of the Party in power reserve the right to suspend all or parts of the Bill of Rights whenever they declare an “emergency.” An emergency means: when their power is threatened. This is the stuff of dictatorships. The minute anyone fights back — and millions of Americans are, in some sense, prepared to fight back — then it’s a civil war.

This regime in power is not reformable; it’s an occupying force. I don’t know how we’re going to get rid of this occupying force. It seems like mass passive resistance might be a good place to start. This would destabilize their power, and distract them, which would admittedly be dangerous — but arguably not as dangerous as a growing tyranny.

As a psychotherapist for 35 years, I have watched human nature in action. I understand denial is a comfort. To some degree, it’s perhaps even essential to help fortify one’s mind and body for a coming and inevitable conflict. You see that with marriages or families falling apart. You see it with things like substance abuse. “There’s an elephant in the living room.” People ignore the problem, and almost pretend it isn’t there, because it’s too difficult and painful to face. Inevitably, it all blows up. It ALWAYS blows up, because it has to. Sometimes there’s even a better result, after all the pain. But the pain is unavoidable. It’s coming, and in varying degrees people sense it. Their primary struggle — psychologically speaking — is their struggle NOT to sense it.

But it’s coming. Donald Trump has been the catalyst. Whatever his fate, I believe the climax to the story of America’s fall will revolve and center around him. But he was never the full story. The full story is the fall of our republic — the end of the rights of man. In principle, those rights will always exist. America’s story (1776-2020) was an early chapter in the struggle to uphold man’s rights. We are the generation that lost them. But any generation — including, even, our own — could remain the generation to win them back. It starts with facing reality; the facts. Most of us are not yet doing that.

A defiant Bannon addressed reporters outside the Washington courthouse after the judge’s order, saying “there’s nothing that can shut me up and nothing that will shut me up.”

“There’s not a prison built or a jail built that will ever shut me up,” he said.

“We’re going to win on November 5th in an amazing landslide,” he added in a reference to the date of the White House election expected to be a rematch between Trump and Democratic President Joe Biden.

Another top Trump advisor, Peter Navarro, was also convicted of contempt of Congress and began serving a four-month sentence in a Florida prison in March.

"Gay? Che Guevara would have sent you to a concentration camp."

    https://humanprogress.org/the-truth-about-che-guevara-racist-homophobe-and-mass-murderer/

    Begin quote

Che Guevara also helped establish the first Cuban concentration camp in Guanahacabibes in 1960. This camp was the first of many. From the Nazis, the Cuban government also adapted the motto at Auschwitz, “Work sets you free,” changing it to “Work will make you men.” According to Álvaro Vargas Llosa, homosexuals, Jehova’s Witnesses, Afro-Cuban priests, and others who were believed to have committed a crime against revolutionary morals, were forced to work in these camps to correct their “anti-social behavior.” Many of them died; others were tortured or raped.

Guevara also espoused racist views. In his diary, he referred to black people as “those magnificent examples of the African race who have maintained their racial purity thanks to their lack of an affinity with bathing.” He also thought white Europeans were superior to people of African descent, and described Mexicans as “a band of illiterate Indians.”

In his diary, he referred to black people as “those magnificent examples of the African race who have maintained their racial purity thanks to their lack of an affinity with bathing.” He also thought white Europeans were superior to people of African descent, and described Mexicans as “a band of illiterate Indians.”

In the article “My Cousin, El Che,” Alberto Benegas Lynch Jr. describes how Che Guevara enjoyed torturing animals —a trait common to serial killers. His record of murdering and torturing people is extensive. Researchers have documented 216 victims of Che Guevara in Cuba from 1957 to 1959. Suspicion was all that was needed to end a life. There was no need for trial because he said the Revolution could not stop “to conduct much investigation; it has the obligation to triumph.”

Death, to Guevara, was a necessity for revolution. He had no regard for human life. Today, 50 years after his death, it is important to remember Ernesto Che Guevara as the person he was: a homophobic, racist, mass murderer willing to use any means to achieve his self-declared superior society.

"Badge of shame: The government’s war on military veterans "

    https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2023/nov/7/badge-shame-governments-war-military-veterans/

    Begin quote

Despite the fact that the U.S. boasts more than 16 million veterans who have served in World War II through the present day, the plight of veterans today is shameful, with large numbers of veterans impoverished, unemployed, traumatized mentally and physically, struggling with depression, suicide, and marital stress, homeless (a third of all homeless Americans are veterans), subjected to sub-par treatment at clinics and hospitals, and left to molder while their paperwork piles up within Veterans Administration offices.

On average, 6,000 veterans kill themselves every year, and the numbers are on the rise.

Still, the government’s efforts to wage war on veterans, especially those who speak out against government wrongdoing, is downright appalling.

Consider: we raise our young people on a steady diet of militarism and war, sell them on the idea that defending freedom abroad by serving in the military is their patriotic duty, then when they return home, bruised and battle-scarred and committed to defending their freedoms at home, we often treat them like criminals merely for having served in the military.

The government even has a name for its war on America’s veterans: Operation Vigilant Eagle.

As first reported by the Wall Street Journal, this Department of Homeland Security (DHS) program tracks military veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan and characterizes them as extremists and potential domestic terrorist threats because they may be “disgruntled, disillusioned or suffering from the psychological effects of war.”

Coupled with the DHS’ dual reports on Rightwing and Leftwing “Extremism,” which broadly define extremists as individuals, military veterans and groups “that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely,” these tactics bode ill for anyone seen as exercising their constitutional rights in opposing the government.

Yet the government is not merely targeting individuals who are voicing their discontent so much as it is taking aim at individuals trained in military warfare.

In recent years, military servicemen and women have found themselves increasingly targeted for surveillance, censorship, threatened with incarceration or involuntary commitment, labeled as extremists and/or mentally ill, and stripped of their Second Amendment rights, all for daring to voice their concerns about the alarming state of our union and the erosion of our freedoms.

Unfortunately, anyone with a military background and training is also now being viewed as a heightened security threat by police who are trained to shoot first and ask questions later.

    The result?

Police encounters with military veterans often escalate very quickly into an explosive and deadly situation, especially when SWAT teams are involved.

It’s time to end the government’s war on the American people, and that includes military veterans.

"President’s ‘Enemies’ Label Started with Firearm Industry, Now Half of All Voters"

    https://www.nssf.org/articles/presi...with-firearm-industry-now-half-of-all-voters/

    Begin quote

President Joe Biden’s dark “Battle for the Soul of the Nation” speech might go down as the moment he joined Hillary Clinton in categorizing those who didn’t agree with her far-left policies as “a basket of deplorables.” The president has been roundly criticized for many of the aspects of the speech and some political insiders are marking it as the moment he labeled nearly half of American voters as “enemies.”

“They do not believe in the rule of law,” President Biden said. “They do not recognize the will of the people.” He labeled his detractors as “extreme,” “a clear and present danger” and “threat to democracy.”

Arkansas Republican Gov. Asa Hutchinson told CNN’s New Day the president’s speech was, “… a divisive speech, and that’s not presidential,” adding, “In his speech, he said we should look at each other as Americans and not enemies, and yet he singled out a segment of Americans and said basically they’re our enemy.”

Here’s what to expect, now that tens of millions have been added to the president’s “enemies list.” Expect to be maligned. Expect to be scapegoated. Expect to be marginalized and villainized. This is because the president, and his close circle of advisors, don’t see opposing views as points upon which to debate or even politely disagree. They must be crushed.

The Biden administration doesn’t place blame for horrendous murders by deranged and truly evil criminals that prey on innocent victims. They instead scapegoat the firearm industry, going as far as to back far-fetched radical notions that not just Second Amendment freedoms must be limited, but also First Amendment free speech. President Biden’s Congressional allies introduced H.R. 8570, the Firearms Marketing Act, that would trounce First Amendment commercial free speech and restrict truthful firearm advertising.

Further, the firearm industry’s suicide prevention partnership with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) was extended to include the Department of Veterans Affairs because of its effectiveness of getting suicide prevention resources to firearm ranges and retailers to prevent tragedies.

None of those are mentioned by the Biden administration. It doesn’t fit the narrative and doesn’t please the special-interest gun control groups shaping his administration’s gun control agenda.

There’s no room in the Biden administration for dissent or opposing views. There are only dark and ominous visuals of a president vilifying Americans against a blood-red backdrop, pounding his fists on the lectern.

The purpose of our form of government is not the rule of law....

It is to protect the rights of the individual American under the Constitution and do this by limiting government by law.

The purpose is not to promote government under the rule of law...but to protect the individual American and their Rights under the Constitution to live their lives.

The Rule of law as being used by government is a hoax....a scam......a shell game wherein the pea is not under any of the shells.

Be very warned when these hoaxers use/misuse the Rule of Law as a substitute for unlimited government .

Under the Rule of Law...these Hoaxers are pushing unlimited government .....not limited government as envisioned by our Founders.
This is why these hoaxers in both political parties are Ishmaelites.

"ANOTHER Trump supporter assassinated by federal agents…"

    https://revolver.news/2024/06/another-trump-supporter-assassinated-by-federal-agents/

    Begin quote

There’s a very disturbing trend unfolding in Biden’s upside-down America. Political dissidents—Americans who refuse to conform to the regime—are being targeted, harassed, imprisoned, and even killed. It’s increasingly feeling like Joe is channeling his inner Kim Jong-Un. This isn’t the America we know, yet here we are, up against one of the most tyrannical governments to ever seize power. In another horrific nightmare, a Trump supporter has been fatally shot by federal ATF agents during a raid at his home, leaving his family and friends shocked, horrified, and bewildered.

While we struggle to understand what happened to this man, who can forget the chilling episode involving 75-year-old Trump supporter Craig Robertson, shot and killed by the FBI who raided his home under the cover of darkness? Apparently, the feds prefer to invade homes when it’s dark out; that way, unsuspecting homeowners can mistake them for home invaders and create a huge, confusing, and deadly mess.

The initial “news” reports yesterday said the FBI killed Craig Robertson ‘while attempting to serve a warrant.’
Well, this video taken by a neighbor shows the way they “attempted to serve the warrant.”
Apparently knocking on the door during the day is not something they do in 2023 America anymore…

    pic.twitter.com/8BTfRe1DDm

This latest victim’s name is Bryan Malinowski. The nightmare began with ATF warrants over alleged regulatory paperwork violations—just paperwork. This should have been a straightforward, peaceful situation handled in an office by day. Instead, a heavily-armed ATF team conducted a pre-dawn raid at Mr. Malinowski’s home, resulting in him being fatally shot in the head.

The local prosecutor for the Sixth Judicial District, Will Jones, said in a statement that video recorded by the Little Rock Police Department, which assisted in the raid, had revealed new details about what happened that morning.

According to Mr. Jones, who did not immediately respond to requests for comment, the video showed that at 6:02 a.m., a patrol officer turned on his vehicle’s emergency lights and siren “to announce the presence of law enforcement.” At that time, A.T.F. agents standing outside Mr. Malinowski’s door “began a series of knocking” and announced their presence, Mr. Jones said, citing the recording.

Twenty-eight seconds after knocking, agents used a ram to breach the door, he said.
Mr. Malinowski’s wife, Maer, told The New York Times in an interview that the couple had heard loud noises outside their bedroom door that morning. Mr. Malinowski told his wife to “stay back,” and reached into a drawer for a gun, she said, before walking out into the hallway. She walked behind him, and they saw figures in the darkness, Ms. Malinowski said.

The prosecutor’s office said the agents were dressed in khaki pants and dark-colored shirts that had the A.T.F. shield printed on one side, and “A.T.F. police” on the other. They also wore bulletproof vests emblazoned with the agency’s initials.

About 16 seconds after the agents breached the door, Mr. Malinowski pointed his gun at one agent. That agent “dropped to the ground and rolled to avoid potential gunfire,” the prosecutor’s office said.

At the same time, a second agent entered the house. Mr. Malinowski raised his gun toward that agent and shot him in the foot before the agent fired back, striking Mr. Malinowski, according to the prosecutor’s office.

Bud Cummins, a lawyer for Mr. Malinowski’s family, said in a statement that the new details from the prosecutor’s office raised a question: “How long is it reasonable to wait for someone to answer their front door at 6 a.m. in response to unexplained loud pounding in a 3,000 square foot, fully insulated home?”

“Let’s pray the answer isn’t 28 seconds,” he said, adding: “This is far from over.”

Mr. Malinowski had served as the executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport since 2019. His friends say that he viewed selling guns as a hobby, and that he sincerely believed that as a private seller, he was in compliance with federal law.
