I have a hunch the mentioned "$100 Billion in unfunded liabilities" will see a January 2021 postage stamp now costing 55 cents jumping to 65 cents - unless emails start costing something to send.

A postal money order could see a 15 cents cost increase to dent that $100 Billion in unfunded liabilities - unless some pension funds get lost in the mail.
