    Good morning all,

    Article about political aspects of international relations framed as a search for a COVID vaccine.

    No foreign nations have on standby, at idle, with vials ready pharma factories to make any noewly discovered vaccine ? What is needed is the formula and the support aspects eg horse plasma, Greta swinging incense decanters, skilled personnel ready for shifts at 24/7 factory.

    Note: "Drugs are usually valuable because they decrease mortality. ... not because they have the power to stop the unemployment rate hitting 20 percent like this might". Thank you Professor Lichtenberg.
