    Rich states like California and New York had inadequate education programs on this ?!

    OK, Dr Osterholm, ... How many Black men living in southern California have no transportation to the vaccination site ? Please write answer clearly. How many pregnant women in Agana, Guam are sick with other ailments and don't believe the vaccination is appropriate for them now ? Please don't even answer anything.

    All this is less about the national program's education, logistics and actual delivery of the shot.

    It's about an inferior labor force throughout the once fruited plain.
