    Instead of the song's "Pass the biscuits please", I'll have a triple hash browns, ......

    Article has some Emergency Management info: "FEMA tags open restaurants green, ones with a limited menu yellow and closed locations red". I can guess a senior official must approve whether the menu is limited or not.

    Those darn limited menus !
