If I end up with a wound like a cut on my hand, what are some plants I can use to naturally disinfect the wound so that I reduce the risk of infection, or worse?
    A short list will do
Please list what part of the world each plant is found in!
    Thank you!

I don't know of any plant that "disinfects".

    dis·in·fect1
    /ˌdisənˈfekt/
    verb
    1. clean (something), especially with a chemical, in order to destroy bacteria:
I googled it and came up with nothing, no plants that "disinfect".

Ordinary soap and water does a great job.
I'd rather have a bar of soap handy than hunt for a plant.
    Many hospitals use Phisoderm.
Prepping don'cha'know. Be prepared and one may not have to hunt for plants.

I want to be prepared so I won't have to hunt for anti-bacterial agents.

I keep a potted aloe plant in the house.

If a wound needs cleaning/washing out, you can use fresh urine from a healthy person.

hello, sorry for your wound. I don't actually know of a plant that can disinfect a wound spot. I would advise you go to a nearest clinic and get your hand checked thereby getting the correct treatment. Best of Luck.
