    Article compares the 1969 Hong Kong flu and today's COVID-19.

    Some social changes influence(ed) responses.

    It's probable that Editorial Director Jeffrey Tucker's "That generation" is referencing me and a few other Forum Members.

    Article mentions Jimi Hendrix (veteran, 101st Abn Div). Nearly forgot about Janis Joplin.

    Meanwhile, making 8-track tapes obsolete by replacement cassettes, was a big headache to change car sound system. The probable current solution to this type of problem is to forget about entertainment and go full blast into survival mode.
