    Good morning all,

    I'm placing this link here at this section for 2 reasons; 1. good info re acorns and 2. the Virginia project to reforest areas.

    A couple of news articles discusses above but decided to just place the state's DOF website instead.

    I grew up with burlap !

    Must look up "Chinese chestnut".

    Above VDOF link contains a couple of links re acorns and Virginia trees.

    I'm sure contributing to this project will yield a downloadable certificate of appreciation with oak leaf cluster.
