Avalanche Survival Story

Not my personal story, so hope it's in the appropriate spot.

Came across this video this morning. Very interesting. I had no idea an avalanche caused a shockwave which could fling a body so far. Just wow.

Reminded me though how my late husband would never, ever go to bed when camping in the bush, without being fully dressed, no matter what the weather. He reckoned he had to be "prepared" just in case. I used to roll my eyes and think he was a few tinnies short of a slab at the time.
