    I agree with the article in that local groups and the citizenry should be more involved. I also agree that local groups are more in touch with what is needed and can adapt quicker to changing situations, and people should be more self reliant.

    IMHO this flies in the face of the liberal agenda that has promoted an attitude and created an environment of dependency. I will take off my tin foil hat, but the new world order doesn't want people thinking or doing for themselves.
