    Good morning all,

    If all journeys start with the first step, Lincoln County, Nevada started and it's a jog. They're moving fast.

    Note the term "block captain". I note they're avoiding the Fed's "Neighborhood Watch" program of Citizens Corps.

    How is Mercy Air funded ?

    Note the distinction the county addresses re "rapid evacuation" and "slow controlled evacuation".

    Lincoln County, Nevada is doing the correct stuff as a real function of the public sector.
