    The issue is as clear as white light passing through a prism.

    If Brownsville and the Valley had a Michigan governor down there, the "large population of elderly" would shrink and not because of of their old age mortality.

    ......

    For the record: I am old age, with pre-existing health "conditions". Just learned some age exceptions/waivers are now allowed in Virginia for volunteer Emergency Responders. Apparently, for anticipated SHTF events, ....... I'll defer to the Michigan Governor to explain.
