Creating A Homestead W/very Little Money

    Hello everyone,

    I have been saving up to go off grid. In a few months I plan on buying 10 acres in Utah. I found plots for $200 down and $121 month owner financed near lakes, rivers and timberland. I plan on turning it into a homestead for all individuals who wanna get away. I plan on setting up a garden with fast growing vegetables like lettuce, cucumber, etc and temporary shelter. Once the crops start turning I plan on going to the nearest town and selling the vegetables to help pay for the land and supplies. All I need is people to help. If this sounds like something you would be interested in please let me know.

    I hope it works out for you, but personally I do not advise you involve anyone else. If you can't purchase on your own, & can't sustain the project on your own, then keep saving until you can. I realise that land prices are always going up, but being reliant on other people is a big mistake.
