Critical Infrastructure; Cascading Consequences During Disasters

I guess any attempt to improve disaster preparedness is a step in the right direction.

 

I have always said that any TEOTWAWKI event will not be a single event but a serious of events, one event will affect something else which will effect a third and so on, a so called domino or cascade effect.
some will be so minor to begin with that not many people will event notice, but the effects will get worse as more things fail, right up until the power goes off.
