    Good afternoon all,

    Article about disasters and people's mental health and how this can be influenced by psychological circumstances.

    Boulder, Colorado didn't have a contingency fund in the budget or an insurance / Cat bond program ?

    If someone needs to be the victim of a disaster to consider relocating to a new neighborhood, there are more and deeper problems present in the victim.

    Wife and I were discussing the major difference from our generation and current generation. We both agree the current generation has been coddled and now do not know how to fend for themselves. Being a victim is now an approved group and is proudly announced to the world.
