    Not too clear; Vitamin D from the sun not occurring during colder months ?

    - Garlic Spinach
    - onions ... the vertical long axis kind
    - tree nuts; don't consider them seasonal; excellent for prostrate maintenance.

    Two members of our co-op own restaurants - - - and I'm also not spending retail even for anti-snake serum.
